After calling to inquire why the contractor assigned was not certified to work on Trane unit. My claim was cancelled. I was forced to pay out of pocket to get my unit repaired after one week of requesting a contractor. The representative was very unprofessional and assumed no responsibility for assigning the contractor. Mitth instead cancelled the claim after a few days I called which Aaron confirmed the claim had been cancelled.
