They won't fix the big *** problem caused by water leaking in the water tank room. Roaches are everywhere in the walls of the WHOLE APARTMENT BUILDING. They don't answer calls or emails. They even blocked me from their Instagram. I had to open a case with the city and get an inspection.

We moved into a old house bout a year ago. Everything was good. When something broke they fixed it pretty quick but they painted it a ugly color...ruined the old look. Now our lease is up and they want 150 more than before plus 100 for a garage. And we gotta pay for electric, water, sewer and trash. Basically they want *** plus all utilities for a tiny 1 bedroom. And we can't have no patio chairs, tables or plants. Don't rent from SRM Urban.

This place manager company lied about having extra storage and didn't give it to me when I moved in. They said they didn't have it at all, but that was a lie. When I found out they were lying, they said I had to pay extra for it even though it was supposed to be included. They won't even talk to me about fixing it.

I moved into an apartment on June 15 managed by SRM Urban. In the first week of my lease, there was a rat living in my apartment. It took maintenance two visits and pest control to catch the rat and repair a hole in the kitchen baseboard that the rat made. At the beginning of July , I noticed ants. I tried to treat the problem with bait traps for about a week before I contacted SRM Urban and Lloyds Pest control (which SRM uses). Since July, pest control has been here a total of 5 times. Maintenance has been here 2-3 times patching holes, sealing doors, and sealing baseboards, but it hasn't helped. Also, one of the pest control dates was to apply *** bait because there were a few sightings of those as well in my kitchen. I spoke with management again on September 14. The head of SRM noted she would call the pest company manager to address the issue on September 15. Today, on September 20, I FINALLY received a call from Pest Control looking to set up an appointment (5th appt). My apartment is uninhabitable.

I moved into SRM Urban in October and there's been some issues with my apartment. I tried to contact the property management company and the property manager, *** but they didn't do anything about it. At first, maintenance came and brought in some contractors to fix a small problem with my shower leaking. But the contractors ended up breaking and bending things and installing a shower curtain rod that doesn't work with my shower. One of them even harassed me and left a note on my bed with his phone number. I felt really unsafe but the property manager never did anything about it. My shower has been leaking since October and now that my 6 month lease is almost up, they're increasing my rent by $135. I don't think it's fair to pay more when they never really fixed my problem. I've been trying to get in touch with the property manager for months but he's been ignoring me. So I've just been dealing with the leak because I need to use my shower.
