Select Home Warranty review: Cheating clients

I switched to Select Home Warranty from American Home Shield which was a stupid mistake. Salesman from select home warranty called me and offered a lot of benefits just to secure his commission. Salesman will never disclose company policy and will make you pool telling we can repair or replace your appliance with a downpayment of $60 dollars. This year I made 2 complaints, and it took months from SHW to address my issues. 2 mechanics came to my home and find out that my refrigerator and dishwasher are not repairable and better to replace it. I paid $120 for the mechanics downpayment and now I have to wait another month or 2 months to get 1/10th of the replacement cost for SHW. they will reimbues 150 for dishwasher and 250 for a refrigerator. I replace the dishwasher for $1500 out of my pocket and the refrigerator will be another 2500 dollar to be replaced. I am very disappointed and will never recommend this company to no body. Everyone stays away from this company if you need satisfaction.
