Select Home Warranty – Ceiling fan

I submitted a claim for a COMPLETELY covered ceiling fan. After 4 days, never heard back. I resubmitted the claim. Nothing. I called. I have a $1200 tiara ceiling fan I bought 5 years ago. Motor went out. No one ever came out to look. They said it has to be replaced, without looking, and with depreciation, without knowing the make, model or year purchased, they are going to send me a check or, drumroll please, $45. Huh what!
Do not EVER do business with this company. Especially if you are 100% disabled vet on a fixed income. They will screw you over.
And oh, they won't call you either. They hide in New Jersey while people in other countries answer the phone and take the heat. Cowards!
