Unifylink LLC is an absolute waste of money! I clearly stated during sign-up that I didn't want to simply "pay for several months" without receiving any leads from their marketing efforts. However, after they received my initial payment, they started running ads that were completely off-target. I promptly sent them a correction, but I didn't receive any response for a whopping 6 weeks. No updates, no leads, absolutely nothing. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I feel like the entire process was just a ploy to squeeze as much money out of me as possible, knowing full well that they wouldn't deliver any results. What a waste!

Unifylink is a scam, so I advise you to steer clear of this company. They charged me a whopping $695 for just one month of their marketing services. Initially, I was informed that it would cost $300, plus an additional $95 each month. However, when Unifylink processed my payment, they charged my card a total of $695. Outrageous!

When I decided to cancel their services, I received an email from a person named Jordan G. But when I replied to Jordan's email, it ended up going to a different email address owned by a Dr. residing in California. This Dr. was not pleased and promptly responded, expressing his frustration with the numerous emails he had received regarding Jordan G and Unifylink's shady business practices. I have a screenshot of this email, but I've taken the sender's name and contact information out to protect their identity.

In light of this situation, I am taking action by filing reports with both the FTC and the Oregon Department of Justice against Unifylink. It's important to hold them accountable for their fraudulent activities.

I got a call from Unifylink on June 10 about running ads for my business on Facebook. I had a bunch of questions like when I would get billed, when I would see the ad proofs, and when the ads would go live. The answers I got during the call were different from what I got in an email on June 15 after they charged me for the first month. During the call, I also asked for time to talk to my spouse, but they said if I didn't sign up right away, I would lose the chance to be the only service provider in my area. So I felt pressured and agreed to the services. They charged me $395, and I didn't know it was non-refundable, otherwise I wouldn't have gone ahead. I asked about when I would be charged for the second month, and they said it would be 30 days after my ads were approved. I got the ad proofs on June 20, so I thought I would be charged again on July 20. But on July 11, they had already put a pending charge of $300 on my business debit card. I called right away to find out why they charged me earlier than expected, and they said I must have misunderstood the billing timing. I cancelled the service immediately and asked for a refund of the pending $300 charge. They said they wouldn't give me a refund. I think they should have reversed the charge before it went through since it was still pending. I would appreciate any help you can give me with this issue, and I'm available to talk more if needed.
