You just attach it to your car seat and adjust it to your liking. It's also very affordable compared to other neck supports on the market. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone who suffers from neck pain while driving.

SeatUp is a great website to find all sorts of accessories for your furniture. I was looking for a cup holder for my new sofa and stumbled upon this site. It was very easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. I hope this item gets delivered fast because we are expecting our sofa to be delivered this Thursday. It's not equipped with a cup holder and we need one ASAP.

I just ordered from SeatUp and I gotta say, I'm feeling pretty good about it. I usually use Amex for my online purchases, just to be safe, but I didn't see that option on their site. So, I was trying to buy something from SeatUp and I thought it would be easy peasy. I mean, I checked the box that said my billing and shipping address were the same, but then the order didn't go through. It said my First name could not be blank. What the heck, right? So, I had to refill out the form and uncheck the box and manually type in the name and address for it to successfully process the order. It was a bit of a hassle, but at least I got what I wanted in the end.

I recently purchased some furniture from SeatUp and I must say, I'm pretty satisfied with my experience so far. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I placed my order and anxiously awaited the delivery.

To my surprise, the delivery was pretty fast, but it was on very short notice. The delivery carrier, D&L, left a little to be desired and gave me less than 5 minutes notice of when they would be at my house. Luckily, I left work early and had just gotten home when they called. I was a bit frustrated with the lack of communication, but I was just happy to receive my items.

When the boxes arrived, I noticed that they were in rough shape. I was a bit worried that my items may have been damaged, but to my relief, everything was fine. I was impressed with the quality of the furniture and it was exactly what I was expecting.

I gotta say, I was really impressed with SeatUp. I gotta give a shoutout to Sarah Vollmer for her awesome customer service. She really helped me out with my order, leather choices, tracking, and all that jazz. The theater seats themselves are really well-made and the leather looks and feels great. The mechanisms are super quiet too, which is a big plus. I didn't have any disappointments with these bad boys.

Assembly was a breeze too. Each seat comes in two pieces, and the back slides into two rails and "click" locks together. It's pretty bulky, so having two people makes it a lot easier. The chaise seats came with two brackets to bolt them together, but there weren't any instructions. I gave 'em a call and they sent me a diagram in minutes. I didn't bother bolting them together since they're sitting on carpeting and they don't slide apart.

Now, I don't wanna nitpick too much, but there were a couple things that could've been better. The armrest storage is huge (like, really deep - it goes all the way to the floor), and I'm not sure why it needs to be that deep. If you drop something in there, it's a bit of a reach to retrieve it. Also, the optional theater trays aren't perfectly level - they slope a bit. It's not a big deal, but it could've been better tooled. Lastly, if you have a soda can in the cup holder and you try to use the theater tray, it won't rotate over the soda can (the can hits the underside of the tray). The tray should have a longer post so it can swing over the can.

All in all, though, I had a really nice purchasing experience and the product itself is solid. I watched football all weekend and everyone loved the seats - even the dog, who carved out a chaise seat for himself. I'd definitely recommend SeatUp to anyone looking for some comfy theater seats.

SeatUp is just another one of those websites that claim to have products in stock, but in reality, they're just selling "air". I was excited to find a product I needed on their website and quickly made the purchase using my credit card. However, I soon realized that I had made a mistake. The product was not in stock, and there was nothing to ship. I was left with nothing but excuses and lies from the company.

It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't deliver on their promises. I was left feeling disappointed and ripped off. I wish I had read reviews before making my purchase, as it seems like this is a common issue with SeatUp.

I understand that sometimes products can go out of stock, but the lack of communication and transparency from SeatUp was unacceptable. I had to reach out to them multiple times to get any sort of update on my order, and even then, I was given vague responses that didn't address my concerns.

Overall, I would not recommend SeatUp to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable company to do business with.
