Scratch – Mistaken account ban and wouldn't unban me

As of [current date], they still have not responded. That means that it might be ignoring complaints about account bans and mistaken bans then (this is my guess)

Ok, nevermind. I got a response on Jul 9, 2025 (it took around 1 week and a half). The screenshot of proof (of what they said) is true. They said they block a Scratch account if it violates the community guidelines. However, the account Your_punishment (the one I created in April) didn't violate it. It's not because of my username, it's because of a account named 8oz_or_liter. It says the account was created and confirmed my email address but I did not do that in the past because before then, I did play games on Scratch but I did not create a account. The same thing for the things that happened for the past few years

Also, I did make some good projects that I made on June 2025 like one example of Blinding Lights Geometry Dash (where it's a remix of griffpatch's Geometry Dash that is released in 2016 in Scratch) that I modified the icon into The Weeknd, changed the song into Blinding Lights by The Weeknd, and there wasn't anything bad on it

And the Blinding Lights Geometry Dash project was shared in June 2025 and I shared it with people and people liked it. And I don't know why they ban me just for a account when I never created that

And here's a another thing: The project (that I was about to share on Jul 2025-Aug 2025) was about Fruit Ninja collaboration with a another thing (a real thing) that happened in 2022 but I forget what it was because the account was banned. The project was supposed to be a first project on Scratch about Fruit Ninja with a collaboration with something (I forgot what it was but it is real) that in the real app in late 2021, it happened

Ok, I think I got it. But before we continue, note that the page of my account is deleted for no reason. The project I was about to share (in Jul-Aug 2025) was the Fruit Ninja and Aggretsuko project. It started in late 2021 (the collaboration) and if my account never got banned and shared it right now, it would be the first Fruit Ninja and Aggretsuko project in Scratch before anybody else. It's a remix from a another Fruit Ninja project (a popular project).

Also, I was also planning to make other Fruit Ninja projects (not silly but real ones for those who missed the event(s)):
- I was about to plan on making the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Fruit Ninja project which I did mention in 1 project which I could start in 2026 or 2027 (in the real app, it happened in 2023) and then finish it between 2027 to 2029 (or 2030 I believe) (I couldn't remember on exactly what I wrote because I forgot most of the parts already).
- And a collaboration in June 2025 (it did happen, trust me) that is Fruit Ninja (yes, but mostly at Fruit Ninja Classic+) and Bluey (yes, it's real). I was about to write that I'm starting the Fruit Ninja and Bluey collaboration that is planned in the future mentioning to start between early 2026 to early or mid 2027 (because there's limited info about the blades and blade powers in June 2025) and I estimated that I would finish by 2026 (late?) to early to late 2027 or 2028

Status on each project:
Fruit Ninja and Aggretsuko (Scratch): Cancelled. Previously in progress until June 30, 2025 from a ban
Fruit Ninja and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (also known as TMNT or use that for short) (Scratch): Cancelled. Previously in planning/not started until June 30, 2025 because of a account ban
Fruit Ninja and Bluey (Scratch): Cancelled. Previously that I was about to write it down for my plans (not started) until June 30, 2025 because of a account ban

Here is what it would contain for each project (note that this is what I was thinking of replacing and all of these info I found online is true (stuff like Fruit Ninja wiki (https://fruitninja.fandom.com) and videos are my sources of finding stuff but none of these projects are related to my ban because the ban doesn't say about my projects):
- Fruit Ninja and Aggretsuko (these are the info from online that I could use for this project): Death Metal Microphone blade, Retsuko's Calculator, Retsuko's Paw, and Retsuko's Guitar blades are going to be used/replaced. The main menu music was going to be replaced, and the dojo is replaced either with Karaoke Room dojo or Retsuko's Desk dojo in the gameplay (was planned for selection of the dojos in future updates after the project was released but couldn't work on it)
- Fruit Ninja and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) (Scratch): Donatello's Bo, Leonardo's Katana, Raphael's Sai, Mutant Shuriken, and Michelangelo's Nunchucks are the blades that was going to be used for this project. The main menu music would be replaced although I couldn't find it yet (I would find it in time if my account never got banned), and the dojos (there are 2 which are NYC Rooftop and TMNT's Lair)
- Fruit Ninja and Bluey (Scratch): While I haven't checked the blade selection and dojos at the time, these are the things that I would add to it (I started getting some ideas on Jul 2025 when I was writing this): Magic Wand, Asparagus, Featherwand, and Sticky Gecko blades are the blades that I would use in that project. The main menu music would be replaced although I wish I could find it but I couldn't find it at the time. The dojos would be (I was about to do one dojo only then make future updates using the dojo selector just like I mentioned above) Bluey's and Bingo's Bedroom dojo, Bluey's Backyard dojo, Bluey's Garden Fence, Bluey's House dojo, and Bluey's Kitchen dojo is the dojos that is going to be used if I made it right now (I wish I can but I can't)

In conclusion, these projects would be useful but because I got banned, I'm sorry but I hate to say it but these projects will never come out (my account would most likely never come back) unless there's someone else that will do it. If I need to say anything (or additional things to say) about these projects, about the account ban, or anything related to this complaint, I'll let you know

And now there's been no response from them since then. And now I missed everything that happened after Jul 2025 and I have not seen people blame me for no reason. And again, I did not violate the community guidelines as seen in the website

Yes, but if you are a kid, this might be good for you but also look at the warnings below. If you are a adult, this is optional and if you also wanted to create a account, be careful about these things below
Warnings (important to read if you are creating a account): But mistaken accounts/bans (including IP bans which are possible), false reports, and many other things are possible.

Also, Scratch never gave me proof that I do have the account named 8oz_or_liter but when I checked the user's page, it says the page doesn't exist (most likely a account ban but sometimes, account bans delete a user page but not always). They said it's under my email address but when searching it, I never got a confirmation email. I haven't gotten that in the past so the answer is mostly false

Ok. I wanted to share more projects that I shared in the past that is not just Blinding Lights Geometry Dash. - Why I created it: After a few days after I shared my Retsuko Geometry Dash project, I thought I can make more than 1 character as there's not just 1 character, there's more than 1

- What does it have: Same changes as the Retsuko Geometry Dash but the coins remained untouched, the icon is Fenneko, and added that whenever a player touches a spike or something, it plays a audio showing Fenneko laughing then Retsuko says it wasn't funny at all
