Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines – Zam Zam

My flight number was sv890 which was scheduled to take off from king abdul aziz international airport from terminal 1 on 28 july 2025. At the time of check in I got two tags for 23 kg each but I didn't get tag for zam zam water which was also included in my luggage .when I landed at lucknow chaudhary charan singh airport at 9 am on 28 july at check out the authority said they didnt give me zamzam becoz I didn't have that tag . I want my zamzam its not my fault it's theirs .please help me in this issue . waiting for your response as soon as possible. Thankyou
