Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines Delayed/lost baggage

I travelled with Saudi from London Heathrow to Bangkok with a stop and transfer at Jeddah.

When I arrived at Bangkok, my checked luggage was not there. Nor was anyone else’s for passengers coming from London Heathrow.

I haven’t been able to talk to anyone at the airline about this as all the phone numbers I have been provided with either give an engaged sound, do not work or take me to someone who says I need to talk to the airline and give me the same numbers that do not work.

No one has responded to my emails or messages.

I am travelling across Asia with changing locations every day. When I asked someone at the airport to courier it to me when it shows up, they said all they would do is send it to the airport. Given sometimes I’m over 4 hours away from the nearest airport, this is not good enough. I have no clothes, no toiletries and only a couple of days supply of my medication and the lack of communication and will to help get it to where I am going to be is making me extremely anxious.

Desired outcome: Communicate with me, find my baggage and send it to me at the relevant hostel/hotel that I will be at for that day.

details:

date: 9th July 2022

the flight has been cancelled abruptly, with no reasonable replacement flight offered by saudia (soonest replacement flight was in August). This has led to me booking a separate flight on my own and has led to extensive expenses including extended accomodation costs, food, EXTREMELY expensive flight ticket and DISTRESS. This act is extremely unprofessional and under the UK law, all of these expenses and an additional £520 are to be compensated as i arrived at my final destination 2 days later than original. the total costs are £83.73(food) +£419(hotel) +£1732.06(new flight) +£520(late compensation) = £2754.79. I have attached my receipts for your reference.

Dear sir/madam,

but this flight thru expedia travel . Got e ticket paper copy thru saudia web site in where no mentioned / written the

airport terminal the check in counter upon seeing this i decided to google it the day of my flight it is listed in terminal 2 going at terminal 2 at about 630 am too much passenger i am in a hurry fall in line and as the secuity where is the check in counter of saudia he said its on terminal 4 hurriedly i went to terminal 4taking the d free ride at the airport free ride at 8;45 am reaching up the terminal 4 the security approch me to fall in line and i ask him my flight is 10 am . He said that they cam manage so i followed the protocol the line is too long i decided to talk to the other security ask nregading my flight saudia he immediately pull me out to the line.And he accompany me to counter f but it closed already and he ask me to me to go to saudia customer counter ha talk to the receptionist he explain what happened then he ask me no available flight he suggested to call my travel agency . On that day i feel very upset and nearly to colapse am 64 yrs old 3 yrs i cant go on holiday, due to pandemic. My wife birthday is on july 13. I dont know what to do on that day at the airport i aprroach the airport personel no one help me i am just l;ike a rug keeping on asking them i decided tyo call up expedia thcan do nothing i do explain my side at really happened.

With this madam im asking u a help that i can a flight and wish my wife a happy b day bacause she is a cancer patient

Desired outcome: WHILE I WRITTING THIS LETTER TEARS FALL IN MY EYES UNTILL NOW MY WIFE DOESNT NOW THE SITUATION, JUST TOLD HER ITS A DELAYED FLIGHT.

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines Booking flight vs flight using alfursan miles point reporting error

I m not able to get the tkt using al fursan miles point after making the payment with the usage of Miles point and make minmum payment of 95 sar using credit cards or mada card it fails to create the Itenary tkt since yesterday after noon once I report the compaing using the call center complait site and the cancel my pnr no and gave me the refund bak. But I tired all the credit card Master and visa or mada as there is no option for sada hold payement it files. And after magrib I tied reporting complaiins for cancellation and refund of money the call center site fails no answer for whats nos with customer care nor 900 no

Is there some issue

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines Refund not received since December

1) I've booked our tickets in November 2021 for Mauritius to Dubai going through Saudi Arabia. With the new variant Omicron, our outbound from Dubai to Europe was canceled, so on December 8th, 2021, I canceled my ticket and was assured that the refund will be received within 40 days. Our flight was scheduled for the 6th of January 2022.

2) I've called the Saudia contact center multiple times and still have no refund. I went to the Saudia office here in Mauritius and they were not able to help me as the booking was closed and they could not see it.

3) I would like to resolve this as this nearly 6 months now.

I had the above flight on april 25th , 2022 .I am Diabetic patient and also have knee problem that's why I specially requested the wheel chair support and vegetarian meals like I do everytime ,whenever I travel by any flight.But this was my worst experience traveling by a saudi flight .The meals provided were not good because of which I got diarrehia. I requested the wheel chair support 1 month before my flight date and I was told it will provided as requested but when I came to checkin the wheel chair support was not provided and I was treated very badly and rudely by the people working at the airlines.No one was having the patience to answer my questions or provide the information regarding the wheel chair support that I needed.Due to my health condition I can't walk ,but the saudia airline people forced me to walk for 4 hours long distance with my bags which made my health condition more worse and after getting off the flight at usa I got admitted in hospital.so I need the full refund of my flight ticket and also the payment that we did for the visa.

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines flt tkt reservation booking; blocked from check-in, forced to buy tkt 2nd time, 4 days lost

To whom it may concern,

On 11th April I booked a flight for Hyderabad via Jeddah from Vienna (12th April) Saudia Air Webpage. This was my First time booking which was subsequently blocked by you all.

(Booking Reference PKTSPV – [protected]) Flight was shown as paid. (see attachment)

Next day reservation was „on hold“ and missing with no ticket and not paid!?

ALL the „costumer care“ phone numbers are NOT WORKING/connecting.

[protected] machine answer giving other number: +[protected]

Austrian office is closed, German(y) customer service unreachable.

Even called customer service in Saudi Arabia without success. (see attachment)

+[protected] as they kept me on a hold for ever … & then got cut.

Also the ALFURSAN account did not give any information about this specific booking

or any (new) contact possibilities. (ALFURSAN No.: [protected])

Also (re)payment for this booking was not possible!

On the day (Tues 12th Apr 22) of the flight, the staff at the airport also could not help in retrieving the flt-tkt. Stopped at the check-in with my luggage.

I was blocked by you all to take my own paid flight and so lost 4 days;

my commitments and trust to the numerous appointments elsewhere.

Had to re-book (a 2nd Time booking: New Booking: T79R7U - [protected])

and pay again with now at higher costs for the ticket 14th Apr.

ALSO: the payment made by American Express for my FIRST ticket to the Airline is current and valid.

It has not been cancelled by you! (see attachment)

It has to be cancelled at your end!

AMEX customer service is not able to do this, they are not allowed to do it!

Also filling out and to file a complaint is complicated and NOT possible!

Online Drop Down Menus do NOT cater to customer needs as they go in circles.

hello

i would like to report the bad ground service on the first of April 2022 on sv 120, we landed on time, unfortunately we were left in front of the baggage belt for over 2 hours without any concern from the ground personnel, we looked everywhere for a ground agent to tell us what was the problem no one showed up, after 2 hours waiting one ground staff came and he told us just wait i have no information about the baggage and if you don't want to wait go and come back tomorrow as simple as that, we were really shocked from the incompetency and carelessness of the ground staff.

The meal was too bad very old and smells bad … and was combination of smash unknown food … was really bad i had to returned . I preferred to stay without eating then eating the unknown bad food. Also i didn’t mention that they cancelled the flight and they didn’t notice me… i cam to the airport and the man in the counter told the flight is canceled… it’s totally wrong to let the people to go to airport and not noticing them that the flight is canceled… i had another plane to catch after the canceled one ,, i lost my ticket… it is really became unbearable airlines….

I have booked a flight from Manchester to Cochin via jeddah, but when I reached the airport they said there is no connection flight from jeddah to Cochin so that I can't go today, they rescheduled my flight to tomorrow, they don't know how much I have struggled to get that flight and the mental and physical stress that I had to suffer. I need a proper explanation and compensation for that.

Dear Gents,

My ticket has been cancelled by airline on dated 6-Janrury-2022 after that I have requested for refund my ticket amount on dated 2nd February-2022 but until now I didn't receive my refund amount, that time I received call from Saudi Airline you will receive your refund amount within (3 to 21 days)

Please I requested to solve this issue and I hope you will transfer refund amount to my account asap.

Dear Support Team

I booked my flight with my five family members from Heathrow London to Karachi via Riyadh through my travel agent and we reached Saudi Airlines airports counter and they refused to take us on board and said we are Not taking International passengers on the flight. Ms Jenny was the supervisor that time and she didn't explain to us any reason and said talk to our sales counter, I spoke to lady on counter and she said to ask your travel agent for refund and since then we are trying to get refund but my travel agent is saying Saudi Airlines refused to gave us refund and we didn't find any link to complain/refund or communication to relevant authorities.
Please help us and guide us on this matter as this a big financial loss for us .
We don't know if Saudi airlines was NOT operating flights with international passengers and why they issued us confirmation tickets?
Looking forward to see your hope able response.

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines rude employee/delayed/lost suitcase not sent to permanent address of the owner

My suitcase didn't arrived in Malaga Spain in Aug.15, 2021, i filed a pir report in their i put my temporary address and its only for a few weeks i'll stay there for i am in vacation only with my employer that's why i put my permanent adress so if they find my suitcase they can send it there.But after almost 1 and a half later and waiting no suitcase still, i keep on calling the lines sending lots of emails but no response, and yesterday when i got the chance to talk to the man in line he said that my suitcase have been sent to malaga and he is not talking nicely telling me to go in malaga to get my suitcase even i already told him that i'm in saudi since sept 7, that's why i have my permanent address but why sent my suitcase to malaga?and telling me to go get it there when its your responsibility to have it send to my permanent adress?and that employee is rude he said he has nothing to do with my problem and i'm still talking and he hung up the phone, i called again and he did the same thing..i just want my suitcase back.

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines 25-hour delay!

Dear Customer Service Team,

I am writing to you to explain the frustration and disappointment of Saudia airlines, which is an airline I use every month to travel internally within KSA, and also few times a year to travel worldwide.

On 9 July, the flight from Riyadh to Paris was cancelled due to technical issue. We initially had an announcement that there would be one hour delay, we got into the plane regarless. Then, we had to stay another 3 HOURS in the plane, went around the runway to take off to finally come back to the airport. No food or nothing being served. After 3 hours, they finally decided to give us water...

Surprisingly, the flight was postponed to the NEXT day at 7:25am (20 hours delay), I had important doctor appointments and meetings scheduled on Saturday that I had to cancel and could not rebook as it takes MONTHS to book those appointments in Europe.

At the airport, we had to chase the staff FOR HOURS to get ANY update regarding the next flight, timing, accommodation, luggage. We were left with no food, no information about hotels or logistics, nothing at all. The journey to the hotel was in mini bus that are most probably used for labor, with no A/C, nobody to help with luggage, smelly... in other word, a disaster when we know that SAUDIA is not cheap!

The next morning, the staff rebooked my connecting flight with another 10 HOURS waiting time in Paris when I initially had 1.5 hours. The reason given to me was "your category does not allow us to rebook you on an earlier flight"! With a delay of 25 hours, Saudia airline is unable to rebook passengers on an earlier flight because of money? This is unbelievable.

In the end, I reached my final destination with 25 HOURS DELAY.

Given the stress and time wasted because of your airline, I would like to request a full refund of my ticket and/or compensation given the inconvenience caused, in terms of time, stress, medical appointments missed because of SAUDIA.

Please let me know the outcome.

Information about the flight: Saudi airlines. 9 July. Riyadh to Lyon (France) via Paris. Departure 9:55am. New departure on July 10th at 7:25.

it's been a very long time since i file a ticket for refund first class tickets . please note the flight cancelation was because of Saudia due to weather condition .. please support to retrieve my money back as we are heading towards Eid Holiday and so many financial obligation need to be fulfilled.

This is for your kind information, that I have booked flight from gizan to Jeddah on 01/09/2021, at 06:30 am from your Saudi Arabia airlines, due delayed flight from( 06:30 to 10:30am), I couldn't get my international flight from jeddah, so this is strong evidence that I couldn't travel on 1 of September, so kindly I would like to request you to refund the money of my flights both domestic and international, thank you.
