After numerous calls with the operators telling me that my title was shipped, I have still not received the title. I was told that my title has been available since January 2025. After numerous attempts to get this issue resolved and with escalations to the Executive branch, I am now getting hung up on when I call. After being told it was shipped on countless dates, I was finally told that there was an error on the title, that it had been corrected and was again shipped to me. After what is now months of this, I am getting hung up on when I call and still have yet to receive my title. Santander has received my money.. the vehicle has been paid in full, but I have not title.
Claimed loss: Lost ability to trade-in vehicle. Lost a buyer for the vehicle. Lost a secured loan opportunity due to not having the vehicle title.
Desired outcome: I WANT MY TITLE!!!
