I was never a client with Santander. Somehow I have a clear (blue) title for a vehicle I purchased which Santander still has a lien on. I had to call multiple phone numbers to speak with someone. Basically was told to wait several years until you release the lien. I offered to provide all of the information on how I acquired the vehicle and was told to email tirelease@santanderconsumerusa.com and maybe I would get the lien released. This is awful!

Please note if this vehicle was purchased at an auction or a dealership, you would be required to refer back either the auction or dealership regarding a release of lien. If the vehicle was purchased from the party that originally obtained a loan through Santander, please have the account holder give our titles team a call at [protected].
