This was our second Sandal's vacation. We went to Antigua first. My husband and I raved about it so much that we talked our friends into their first Sandal's and spending the extra money. Unfortunately, we were disappointed and embarrassed that the St. Lucia's Sandal's did not live up to Antigua's standards.

To start, the luggage was delivered to my friend's room and the bell boy asked them for a tip. She was literally searching for her purse. Needless to say, we tipped all even though they say it is not necessary.

My room had a broccoli odor which they did take care of. My toilet bowl is still running! They came several times and could not fix it.

The other couple spilled Listerine on the bathroom counter, and it took 3 days to finally get cleaned. They also had to beg for coffee and creamer which is supposed to be replaced daily.

The food was alright. The buffet was skimpy and for a salad lover there was not to many topping options. In one restaurant we waited for an hour before our order was taken. The service was for the most part was slow,

even though they were not too busy. In another restaurant my friend wasn't fond of her main dish. She politely asked to order something different.

The waitress literally grabbed it from her hand and didn't even ask her

what she can get her instead. We had to call another waitress to take her

order.
