i used to use a cpap and it was terrible. it didn't let me sleep good and cleaning it was a pain. traveling was also a nightmare. but now i got a dental device from san diego sleep therapy and it's so much better. i sleep all night and even get rem sleep. i love it.

This thingy that San Diego Sleep Therapy made is way better than my old CPAP! I've had great results. I wish I knew about this cool mouth thingy earlier. If you're having trouble with CPAP, you gotta come here. My insurance paid for all my visits, I didn't pay anything! I can't say enough good things about her and her team!

My experience with San Diego Sleep Therapy was awesome! My device is working great! I went from severe sleep apnea to normal level of 0.9 ahi with my custom fitted mouth piece that they made me. They were really thorough and made sure that my device is working well! This was a huge game changer! More importantly I feel the best I've ever felt!

If you wanna get rid of your Sleep Apnea and don't wanna get ripped off for about $10k, then San Diego Sleep Therapy ain't the place for you. They charge you 10% of your balance if you don't pay up right away. Plus, they're "out-of-network," so if you got a PPO, you're paying 50% instead of 10%. HMOs won't even cover it. But the device they sell, made by Prosomnus, does work. Check out their website at https://prosomnus.com to find other dentists who offer this service. I looked up the device and it should cost around $1800 to $2000, so shop around before you answer any ads. San Diego Sleep Therapy ain't the only place to go.

Dang, I went to San Diego Sleep Therapy and they didn't make it clear how much it was gonna cost me. Then, like a month later, they took more money from my account without telling me why. I've been trying to get in touch with them but they won't answer my calls or emails. Not cool.

I went to San Diego Sleep Therapy on Feb 2 and Feb 7, 2022 and saw Dr. Rohatgi. She did me dirty, man. She straight up lied to me and my insurance company and now I'm out a ton of money. I'm an aviation dude on disability and just trying to get back to work, you know? I attached all the deets of what happened, but basically I want my $1080 back and for Aetna to cancel all the extra charges they got hit with, which is like over $10k. Thanks.

I went to San Diego Sleep Therapy for a sleep study on [protected]. I paid $1000 for it, but when I asked for a copy of my results and diagnosis, they asked me to pay more money. I already paid for the study, so I don't understand why I can't get a copy of my results without paying more. I asked for a copy on the same day as the results review, not months or years later. I've never been to a medical office where I didn't get some kind of paperwork after the visit, especially when I already paid for it. This seems like an unethical business practice. They didn't explain that I would have to pay more for my diagnosis paperwork before conducting the study. I'm really unhappy and need help getting the documentation that I already paid for.

I called San Diego Sleep Therapy on Monday, October 4th to schedule a sleep test. I told the receptionist that my CPAP machine was losing power and I needed a new one. I already have obstructive sleep apnea and just need a replacement CPAP. I lost my old prescription, so the receptionist said I needed to come in for a consultation before scheduling a sleep test. She said they were in my insurance network.

I had an appointment on Thursday, October 7th, but they don't offer CPAP therapy at all, and they're out of network. I was frustrated because I took off work and asked if I or my insurance would be charged for the visit. She said no services were rendered, so there wouldn't be any charges. However, when I asked for something in writing, she refused. I've been overcharged by doctors before, and it's hard to fight it. The doctor said they would email me, but when I insisted on it upfront, she yelled at me to leave and threatened to call the police. All I want is written confirmation of no charges.

She said my insurance wouldn't take the sleep study I already had because it was too old, but that was a lie. Her helper said the x-rays were included in the $298 visit, but I didn't want them. They charged my insurance $8,676 and I had to pay $4,320, plus $988.90 at the time of the visit. I found out the lady who runs the place had problems before for lying and cheating.
