Failure to stop unsolicited emails. No response after 5 attempts. We begin filling violations to proper government agencies to cease all unsolicited correspondence.

The order arrived relatively quickly but theiir email spam never stops. Have unsubscribed and notified them several times but still get daily junk from them. if only they had to pay for sending out unsolicited junk.!
I placed an order on 4/4 and paid priority shipping. There was a note that there could be delays in shipping related to COVID-19, and there was as I received an email stating my product had shipped on 4/10. When I didn't receive my product, I started checking the tracking and realized it was still in pre-shipment, meaning the information had been sent to USPS, but the product had not been received by them. I've emailed TWICE with no one response and it is now 4/19. I logged onto the site and now see the item listed as both backordered AND shipped which doesn't allow me to cancel or retrieve my funds. This is unacceptable on many levels. I understand delays and limited stock. What I don't understand or accept is a shipping notification and no response to multiple emails. Emails can be managed from home. This is not an acceptable business practice as I cannot get a refund or a response. Their inaccurate ordering information and notifications have also prevented me from getting needed medical supplies. Not okay.
Great value for dollar. Need an add on pack for nebulizer reservoir and perhaps add on mask
