I saw on their website that they say if their product don't work for you, they'll give all your money back. But when I checked the refund page, it was blank. I've sent them multiple emails, but they haven't returned any of them.

I canceld my auto-refill order for Somnifix mouth strips. I askd for a refund for an order they filled after I canceld the auto-refill order. I have contactd them multiple times and sent a letter to the CEO Mr. Nicholas M. To date, no refund has come thru and they have not responded to my letter or phone calls.

I tried Somnifix International LLC and got a free trial on 4/7. But then, on 4/11, they auto-enrolled me in a subscription and charged my credit card. They said they shipped it on 4/15 with a tracking number, but it's not working with USPS, ***, or ***. I tried to contact the seller to get an update on delivery, but they haven't responded yet. It's already 4/27 and I still haven't received the product.

I been tryin to return this thing for months now and get my money back but it's been a real pain in the butt. I got it and read the little book that came with it and it said not to use it if you take sleepin pills. Well, I take two of those every night so I can't use it. I tried callin and emailin them a bunch of times but nobody will get back to me. I'm broke and I really need that refund.

I bought from Somnifix before and they got my credit card number. I tried to cancel my order through email and even called them, but I don't have their number now. They charged me and sent the order to my Minnesota address when I was in Florida for six months. They said sorry and told me to keep the order and they wouldn't send it again. But then I got an email about a new order and I replied to cancel it. Three days later, they charged my credit card for the order anyway.

I orderd from Somnifix website on 11/29. I got a email confirmashun of order number ***. I spent $18.69. I havent got any more emails and I havent got my thing. I sent a email on 12/8 but no reply. I also sent a *** message but no reply. I looked at other comments on Somnifix *** page and it looks like this happens a lot. Thats why I'm telling you.

I got my first SomniFix order and then I ordered two more, but they charged me $59.97 US and I haven't got them yet. I tried to talk to SomniFix, but they didn't answer. I tried to cancel my subscription, but it didn't work. SomniFix still has my credit card info and I'm worried they'll keep charging me. They say my orders are not done, but my credit card has been charged. I want my money back.

Somnifix didn't send my order like they were supposed to on 02/02/2022, but they still took my money on 02/03/2022. It's been 2 weeks and I've sent a bunch of emails and called them, but they haven't answered. I cancelled my subscription because it seems like they're out of business. They didn't tell me anything about not having enough product or changing how they work. I want my money back because I don't think I'll ever get what I ordered.

I bought something from SomniFix on January 4th, 2022. They took my money and kept sending me ads even though I didn't say I wanted them. Their customer service was terrible and they never answered my emails asking about my order. I sent four emails and got no response. Finally, I found an email address on their website and told them to either give me a refund or I would complain to the ComplaintsBoard.com. They didn't respond, so I started a chargeback with my credit card company. I hope I get my money back.

I was on an autoship that I forgot about. I woke up to two emails on Saturday morning saying that I was going to be charged and get an order of mouth strips, and the second email saying that the shipment has been processed. I emailed back right away that I didn't want the shipment, trying to cancel this product from coming. I tried calling, but no one was available on a weekend. The product shipped and was received. No one ever replied to any email I sent. I emailed again saying that I was returning the unwanted product and would like a refund. It's been a week since *** said my package was returned to their facility. I haven't gotten any refund or reply from this company.

I ordered some stuff from Somnifix on May 16. I got a 3 month supply and paid $49.97. Then I paused my subscription in July cuz I didn't need more stuff. But on August 16 they sent me more stuff and charged me another $49.97 even though my subscription was paused. I tried to email them 4 times and texted them from an ad email but they didn't answer me. I told them about the pause and asked for a refund and said I'd send the stuff back unopened. But they still didn't answer me. I can't even call them cuz there's no customer service number. My account online says my subscription is paused too.
