Very bad customer service and no talkin'. We bought new garage doors in the middle of January and they said they'd put 'em in 'bout 6-7 weeks later. But this company didn't even order 'em until 3/10 and they finally put 'em in a month later in April, even though we paid the deposit back in mid-January. We had to make a lotta phone calls just to talk to somebody. They never answered our emails or phone calls. Some of the doors were put in wrong and this company didn't take no responsibility. After a bunch of phone calls and emails, they finally fixed 'em in June. Just wanna warn ya 'bout this company!

I paid for a garage door installashun thru San Diego Door Pros. The garage door was put in on April 8th. The installashun was not done right and the rubber weather seal on the bottom of the door was put in wrong (flap facing out, supposed to be in). It's messin' up the weather seal flaps on the sides of the outside of the garage door when I open and close it. Some guy from San Diego Door Pros said the wrong installashun would eventually mess up the side flaps. I gotta park my car in the garage so I gotta open and close the door every day. There's 3 of us who got this wrong installashun. We've been tryin' to schedule to get it fixed. It still ain't fixed and the guy we're talkin' to ain't answerin' his cell phone and when I call his office, they say he ain't available. I ain't sure if he even plans on fixin' it at this point.

On 06/13, I made a deal with San Diego Door Pros for two brand-new Garage Doors. Mr. Andrew S met my wife and me on Sunday 06/13 and gave us all the details about the doors, including insulation and the ability to open them remotely from our vehicles. He explained that we could even check if the doors were open or closed on our cell phones. The installation was supposed to happen on 09/28. However, when that date came and went, we called Mr. S, and he explained that due to Covid and other factors, production was delayed. We understood and patiently waited until 11/05 when the doors were finally installed. Unfortunately, the installers didn't provide us with the operating instructions and told us to contact the office. So, I called the office and spoke to Mr. S, who said, "they did not set it up." I replied, "No." He promised to send someone to properly connect our vehicles and cell phones using My ***. I also mentioned that we were charged $350.00 to haul away the old Garage Doors and requested a $150.00 refund. Mr. S explained that it usually costs the company $30.00 to $40.00 to dispose of the Garage Doors. I was a bit surprised because most dealers bundle them up and sell them in Mexico, but I didn't make a big deal out of it. Mr. S then suggested giving us the My *** instead and considering it even. I informed him that the My *** sells for about $20.00 on *** and even cheaper elsewhere. I asked for the $150.00 refund, which I believe is more than fair. He mentioned that business was slow and he had to lay off some employees. While I understand his situation, we paid for the doors and shouldn't have to subsidize his business. If Mr. S refunds the $150.00, we will consider this complaint resolved in a friendly manner. If not, I will explore other options. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs.
