Working with Metal Pro Buildings has been a complete nightmare. I had a terrible experience with this company. They made a lot of promises during the sale of the building, but unfortunately, many of those promises were not fulfilled. I tried to get my money back, but the back office kept stalling and delaying the process. It has been nothing but problems and headaches ever since.

I believe that a company should take responsibility for the actions of their workers. It's not always the customer's fault when things go wrong. Metal Pro Buildings provided me with incorrect information on multiple occasions, which only added to my frustration. I could go on and on about the issues I've faced with this company.

On July 20th, we signed an offer to buy a barn from Metal Pro. We had a specific requirement for small openings for our chickens. We sent a drawing to the sales person beforehand to check with engineering. He replied via email saying he checked and everything was good to go with the openings. We asked for the engineering stamped drawings to include the small openings, as agreed upon. However, engineering came back and said it wasn't possible and would cost an extra $15K. We told them that wasn't what we agreed on. They are now giving us a refund, but deducting $1200 for the drawings, which we find unacceptable. I've spent 6 weeks on this and they won't cancel the full amount, even though they're not delivering what was promised for the agreed price.

In Aug 2020 we put a deposit on a steel building for delivery in May . On March 19, we paid the remaining amount, which was earlier than the agreement stated. We thought this would prevent any delays since the agreement mentioned "10 days prior to delivery." We were supposed to be informed of the delivery date as soon as it was available. On May 4th, I sent an email as we hadn't received any updates. They gave excuses for the delay and changed the date to later in June. However, nothing happened. I was promised an email with the delivery date during the week of July 19-23, but again, nothing. The crew to erect the building wasn't available either. On July 26th, I called to inquire about canceling and was told that customer service would contact me within 5 business days. Unfortunately, I didn't hear anything. Frustrated, on August 16th, I called again and told them to forget the refund and just deliver my building within the next 2 weeks. To my dismay, they had canceled the build. The story continues, but I don't have enough space to finish it.
