San Diego Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram While my vehicles was in the possession of the service department several items were missing from my vehicle

While my vehicles was in the possession of the service department several items were missing from my vehicle. Also I purchased an additional add-on (Trailer Brake controller with installation) when I purchased my new truck in April and have yet to receive the Trailer Brake Controller with installation. Was initially told that it would installed in July .
