Kearny Mesa Ford Purchased vehicle in July, was supposed to come with a SD navigation card, and it was not included with vehicle

Purchased vehicle in July, was supposed to come with a SD navigation card, and it was not included with vehicle. We have called, sent texts, and emailed with no response. Have contacted their corporate office with no reply either. They claim since COVID they are unable to get parts but a call to their own parts dept said they could get the part in 2 days. This has been going on over 3 months now and their lack of response seems that they are not at all interested in helping me resolve issue.

I have read the Clients complaint and can understand there frustration. We have also dealt with KIA Consumer Affairs as well regarding this situation. Unfortunately because of COVID-19 we were unable to order the SD Card from KIAs internal ordering system on K-Dealer. We also made KIA Consumer Affairs aware of this as well. We informed KIA Consumer Affairs' that we would check weekly for the availability to order the SD Card. Last week we were able to order the SD Card and we have a scheduled delivery date of this Wednesday 10.28.2020.
We apologize to the Client but again unfortunately it was out of our hands due to COVID-19.
We will be reaching out to the Client once the SD Card does arrive here to the dealership.
Again we apologize for this delay.
