Purchased vehicle in July, was supposed to come with a SD navigation card, and it was not included with vehicle. We have called, sent texts, and emailed with no response. Have contacted their corporate office with no reply either. They claim since COVID they are unable to get parts but a call to their own parts dept said they could get the part in 2 days. This has been going on over 3 months now and their lack of response seems that they are not at all interested in helping me resolve issue.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
