Samsung forced everyone to migrate to Google Messages. This caused the loss of countless saved text (evidence etc.). When I contacted them all I got in response was a boilerplate sorry letter. They did not offer any assistance. I have tried everything that I could find to no avail although I am told that my text still exists somewhere. I can't imagine I am the only one with this problem. A good company would have found and provided a remedy but they obviously don't care.

Desired outcome: Restore my lost text.
