My Samsung QE75Q9FNA model television has been turning off and on by itself for a while. While watching TV, it suddenly turns off, and when it's off, it turns on by itself. After this malfunction, the real major issue I encountered was during the Samsung authorized service process.
Reaching the service became an ordeal in itself; it was as if everything had been done to make it impossible to get through. After we finally managed to reach them, the service team could not properly identify the fault, and they subsequently disappeared entirely; we could not reach them again. Later, through a sales dealer, we were able to contact the service center again. This time, the service technician who arrived stated that one of the cards was faulty and since the television model was no longer in production, they could not repair it by replacing the card.
This is entirely the manufacturing default of Samsung. I just watch this TV for 183.670 minutes. When I bought Samsung QE75Q9FNA model it was Samsung's most high-end model on the market. Now Samsung is proposing me an average model nearly 100,000 Turkish Lira worth and they asked me to pay almost half the price of this TV. I have complaint about Samsung.
