I sent the phone in because the build in screen protector was coming up at the middle of the screen. Samsung denied an in-warranty repair claiming the LCD is damaged. I advised the phone was fine prior to shipping so if anything is damaged it was done in shipping. They are claiming it was not damaged during shipping. If that's the case the phone should be covered in warranty
