Samsung refused to satisfy my request to have a new ice maker sent to me and I would install. They offered a$300 E-coupon to use if I purchased a new refrigerator. Ice makers are much cheaper. Makes no sense. They also said they were sending me a $200 gift card just for calling in about my ice maker being defective. Never received it. BTW, my ice maker is on the list of model numbers that have thousands of people with the same problem.
Recommendation: Don't purchase a Samsung refrigerator
