I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a Samsonite luggage purchase I made in Istanbul in 2022. Despite paying a premium price, I have been dissatisfied with its quality. The luggage has been used minimally — only on three trips, averaging one trip per year.

Currently, while I’m in Malaysia, I encountered an issue with the trolley handle, which has become stuck. Unfortunately, the airline is unable to accept my luggage due to this problem.

It's quite frustrating to experience reliability issues with a brand that is known for its quality. I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter.
