Genius Pack Genius Pack Shipping

My order has been apparently lost and I cannot get ANYONE from Genius Pack to return a call. UPS is stating that the order is “delayed” and has been saying this since July 30. GP sent the shipment July 21. UPS now wants the sender to submit a claim but I can’t get anyone’s attention at Genius Pack to talk, text, or answer new emails. They state it basically isn’t their problem.
