Never again
I'll never use this application never again! They charge you for a non existent service! In Sofia I paid 6.75€ for what came out to be an unmanned automatic locker. On top of what I had already paid to Radical Storage I had to use coin to access the locker. In Europe any trail, bus station or airport has a storage facility. You can easily find them on Google without having to pay any fee to Radical. Your hotel can also store your luggage when you arrive early or leave late. So in most cases no need to pay any fee to this useless intermediary.

Staff and security
I left my bag at the shop on St Paul’s street on Highbury. It was there for around 4 hours. When I got my bag back, it was apparent that viagra had been taken from the bag. This was obvious because the blister packs from the viagra were left in the bag. I think it probable that the people who took it thought it likely that nobody would highlight viagra being stolen due to the stigma. I’d like to know what you intend to do about this claim.
False Advertising - Nonexistent Storage in Miami
I arrived to the address provided by Radical Storage and the storage advertised was non existent. This was on Friday 11/3 early in the morning. The unit in Overtown is listed as a 24/7 unit. Upon arrival at this dodgy liquor store in an unsafe area surrounded by police patrols, I inquired about the storage unit and the employee at the liquor store had no clue what I was talking about.
The 24/7 chat on the app was unavailable. I ended up booking another storage but contacted support right away to let them know. Perhaps there was an explanation. They never reached back.
