Sally Beauty Supply review: harassment/discrimination by managment ( 1 comment)

I am actually reporting this on behalf of my sister. She is an emplyee at Sally's, and has been working there since December 2009. When she was hired, the preveious manager was aware that she was epileptic. Well this new manager is very rude. She says rude remarks about my sisters sexual orintation, her epilepcy, and has cut her hours to only 9 hours a week. Other employees have gone to the manager and said my sister can have some of theirs, but the manager. Just says no! The manager. Wispers behind my sisters back, knowing my sister can hear her, and cuts her down like a child in from of customers and staff. She is treated like a child. She also makes gay remarks when she thinks my sister can't hear her. I also want to complain about the DM, because she isn't doing anything about it. My sister is affraid of loosing her job, but this has to stop. My sister is not being treated fairly. We are going to file a complaint with the labor board on both the manager and Dm soon. What else can we do? Maybe legal action?
