YALL ! THIS COFFEE IS THE TRUTH ! If you’re like me having problems with your digestive system, focusing, and having no energy to completely daily tasks, then you need to buy this coffee ! My first purchase I noticed that my stomach felt at ease very good for my gut health. In my opinion Ryze lives up to the hype. I drink it cold and hot adding a no sugar French Vanilla creamer. "I like it! I enjoy it every night. I look forward to it. I like the idea of getting more nutrients from mushrooms. It helps me sleep better. It's not a miracle drink, it still takes me a long time to fall asleep, but I'm more rested. I will try a few more bags and see if my sleep improves over time. I bought this coffee in hopes that it will help me with my digestive system issues. I've always had a hard time going to the restroom and have tried so many things to regulate my bowels. So far I have been using the coffee for 2 weeks and I am seeing a difference in regularity but not too much. My energy is a little better but again not too much. I have a very very busy schedule and only take this once a day in the AM. I will continue to see if things progress and if so will purchase again. Overall happy with the taste and slowly working results.

Mushroom heaven
Hey there, just wanted to pass along how much I am enjoying my mushroom Ryze Coffee. I look forward to it every day. I've shared it with my friends and when i run out regular coffee just does not have the same taste anymore. I really crave my mushroom, Ryze Coffee I love it Most days. I just drink it plain other times. I add some coconut milk to it and whip it up with a little natural sugar-free syrup it is delicious.

"I tried other options and even prescribed medication but they all do not work or have me wake up feeling hung over. This product is the first to work and allow me to still wake up refreshed and can workout. Only thing is I take 2-3 scoops so I go through it fast. But still comes to about $3 a day so it works for me. Great taste versus other brands are too sugary. Used a watch to track sleep and showed good results on deep sleep.

Ryze over Cuppa
I've always enjoyed the taste of Ryze and the health and wellness benefits of its 6 mushrooms. I recently tried Cuppa mushroom coffee. It had a very earthy taste to it. Friends had said say it tastes more like coffee than Ryze. I strongly disagree. Additionally, Cuppa only contains two different types of mushroom compared to Ryze's 6. Cuppa is said to contain 70mg of caffeine per cup compared to the 45mg per cup in Ryze. I still drink my regular coffee (depending on the coffee can contain as much as 150mg of caffeine) so I prefer the lesser amount in Ryze."

I love this mushroom coffee..for some reason I feel great after having it I can't even explain it. I have not seen any difference since I started taking it but I just love it!
