Unfortunately, my experience with RushOrderTees (rushordertees.com) has been nothing short of a nightmare. As someone who has been in the design industry for over 30 years, I have never encountered such poor quality workmanship in my life. Not only was the logo printed at an angle instead of horizontally across the shirt, but the overall presentation was simply unacceptable.

What's even more frustrating is their no-refund policy, regardless of how terrible the end result may be. I find this to be incredibly disappointing, as I had paid $350 for 8 shirts and ended up with nothing but disappointment. Their 5-star ad with Google was what drew me in, but it seems that this was nothing more than false advertising. As I read through other reviews on the website, I discovered that I was not alone in this experience.

I've decided to contact my friends over at Google and ensure that this company is held accountable for their misleading advertising tactics. Nobody should have to go through what I experienced, and it's important that others are warned about the risks of working with RushOrderTees. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using their services and suggest looking elsewhere for your printing needs.

When I first heard about rushordertees.com, I was excited at the prospect of being able to order a shirt with no minimum quantity required. However, when I went to place my order, I quickly realized that this claim was simply not true. In order to have my order processed, I had to purchase a minimum of three shirts. Feeling a bit frustrated, I placed my order and eagerly awaited the arrival of my new shirts.

When the package finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find that the shirts were much too small for me. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the sizing did not match up with the measurements listed on the website. The sleeves were only 14 inches long when they were supposed to be 15.5 inches, and the width was only 20 inches when it should have been 22 inches. Even the length was off, with the shirts being a whopping three inches shorter than they were supposed to be.

I immediately reached out to customer service to try and rectify the situation, but was met with a disappointing response. They basically told me that there was nothing they could do about the sizing issue, and that I would have to order three more shirts at a discounted rate if I wanted to try again. Feeling frustrated and out of options, I decided to keep the shirts and try to make them work.

Unfortunately, I quickly learned that the shirts shrunk even more after just one wash. Not only did I waste money on shirts that don't fit, but I also wasted my time and energy dealing with rushordertees.com's subpar customer service. The only saving grace was the hoodie that I ordered, which was the only item that fit properly, but even that required extreme caution when it came to washing and drying.

Overall, I would not recommend rushordertees.com to anyone looking to purchase custom apparel. Between the inaccurate sizing and unhelpful customer service, it simply wasn't worth the hassle and frustration.

A recent experience with RushOrderTees (rushordertees.com) has left me disappointed and frustrated. As a surprise for my wife's birthday, I ordered onesies through their site and paid for expedited shipping to ensure they would arrive on time. However, despite their promises, the items did not arrive on the expected date. I was left to discover on my own that the items wouldn't arrive until June 1st, leaving me with no time to find another gift for my wife.

What's more frustrating is the lack of communication from the company regarding the delay. It wasn't until I reached out to them that I received conflicting explanations as to why the items were not shipped out on time. As someone who paid extra for expedited shipping, I expected more proactive communication from the company to let me know of any issues that may arise.

To their credit, RushOrderTees did refund me fully since the items were of no use to me. However, the damage had already been done. The failed surprise for my wife and the unnecessary stress caused could have been avoided if the company had been more reliable and communicative.

In summary, I would not recommend ordering from RushOrderTees. Their unreliable and uncommunicative nature has caused me great disappointment and I would hate to see others experience the same.

When I recently ordered some t-shirts for my agency from RushOrderTees, I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. It was, without a doubt, one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. Not only did they send me completely the wrong color of shirt, but when I was finally able to get in touch with their customer service team (which was a battle in and of itself), they told me I would have to pay again to have my order corrected. I cannot stress enough how terrible this company's customer service is. It took me weeks just to get a response from them and when they finally did get back to me, it was only to inform me that they were out of office! I felt completely let down and dissatisfied. As a result, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.

Having said that, I will acknowledge that the situation was eventually resolved in my favor. After leaving several reviews of the company, a member of their service team reached out to me and went above and beyond to make everything right. They corrected my order at no extra cost and were exceedingly helpful and understanding throughout the process. If I ever have to deal with this company again, I would hope to receive the same level of service as this representative provided.

I was in a bit of a bind when I needed a customized shirt for a special event that was fast-approaching. I stumbled upon RushOrderTees and decided to take a chance. I must say, the process of ordering a customized shirt was pretty straightforward and user-friendly. However, I must admit that I was a bit taken aback by the cost of the shirt - $32.32 for just one shirt with a photo and a single word underneath it. Despite the price, I still went ahead with the order considering it was just one shirt that I needed.

Given the time-sensitive nature of my order, I opted for the "Guaranteed Delivery by Friday" option which came at an added cost of $21.99. With a total cost of $54.31 for one shirt with guaranteed delivery by Friday, I expected that my order would arrive at my doorstep by the agreed-upon date. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

On the day of delivery, I was concerned when the package hadn't arrived by late in the day as I had anticipated. I decided to check the tracking details on the website, and to my dismay, the website indicated that my order was due for delivery three days later than the promised delivery date on the day I placed my order. I was perplexed and annoyed at the same time. I mean, I had paid extra for a "guaranteed" date of delivery, and they failed to fulfill their end of the bargain. To boot, I had an email confirmation stating delivery was guaranteed by Friday.

I attempted to reach out to their customer service through the toll-free number provided, but no one answered. I tried calling five times in total within the span of an hour, but to no avail. I was then prompted to leave a voicemail message. Honestly, it was very poor customer service.

In retrospect, I must admit that I was not impressed with my overall experience with RushOrderTees. Despite the easy order process, the high cost for one shirt plus the added express shipping, I was disappointed when my order failed to arrive on the promised delivery date, and no one at their customer service number was available to take my calls.

I recently had an experience with RushOrderTees and I must say, it was a bit disappointing. I placed an order on Saturday 9/3 and was told that proofs would be available in a few days. However, that was not the case. By Tuesday, I still had not received the proofs and was promised that they would be available by Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with no proofs, and I was told they would be available by Thursday. Again, I waited and no proofs were given to me. On Friday, I was promised once more that I would receive the proofs but alas, nothing came. I had to call again on Saturday 9/10 only to be told that no designers were working. They promised they would contact me on Monday 9/12, but no one did.

I even tried speaking to someone on their customer "live chat" but my experience was not pleasant. The first person I talked to cut me off and the second person was not helpful either. They said that the T design proof and delivery are "subject to their production schedule" and claimed they could not explain why there had been such a delay.

My biggest issue is that the guarantee that RushOrderTees offers is pretty much worthless. Sure, I did not have to pay for something I did not receive, but that is not the point. I had relied on this company to deliver as promised. When they were not able to do so, everyone in my party was disappointed and I had no other options given it was too late to order from somewhere else.

Overall, my experience with RushOrderTees was less than ideal. While I appreciate the quick delivery the company advertises, it did not come with the promised quality or customer service. I hope that in the future, RushOrderTees can fix these issues and provide the level of service that we all expect.

When I ordered from RushOrderTees, I didn't do enough research beforehand, and unfortunately, my experience echoes many of the negative reviews out there. I requested a rush job and the font on the shirts is incredibly small, and the sizes run very large, making for an unimpressive final product. Even their extra small size was massive, which was surprising to me, as I have been wearing extra small sizes for a long time and have never seen one this large before. The biggest issue, however, was that one of my designs - the most important one, in fact - was ordered in red, but what I received was definitely an orange tone, which completely threw off the color scheme for my last-minute launch event. I had planned on primarily red and black merchandise, and this orange writing simply won't match. The disappointment is compounded by the fact that these shirts were pretty pricey. I've included a photo of the red and black shirt I ordered alongside a picture of what arrived so that you can see the drastic color difference for yourself. Overall, I truly wish that I had not ordered from RushOrderTees and had instead gone with a company that was more reliable, efficient, and accurate.

I had a rather disappointing experience with RushOrderTees (rushordertees.com) when I ordered a t-shirt on March 28th. Although I didn't opt for the expedited shipping service, I was informed that the t-shirt would be delivered between April 10th and 13th. However, to my dismay, I didn't receive the t-shirt even by April 14th. I contacted the USPS for tracking details, but they informed me that the item wasn't in their system yet. I also made an attempt to speak to the customer service representatives at RushOrderTees, who informed me that the package was possibly at the local post office and might arrive soon.

What irked me the most was the fact that a screen printed t-shirt took more than 21 days to produce and ship from Pennsylvania to NY. This was despite the fact that the company's name was 'RushOrderTees,' which I found misleading. In my opinion, this timeline was unreasonable for the service offered. To make matters worse, the customer service reps that I spoke to were condescending and seemed to think that they were doing me a favor. This attitude left me quite disgusted with the entire experience.

I believe that screen printing is not rocket science, and there are countless service providers who can deliver a quality product within a reasonable time frame. Rush ordering a $30 t-shirt online and expecting it to be delivered within a month shouldn't be such a monumental task in the year 2023. In retrospect, I think I should have just gone to a local printer to have the t-shirt made.

Overall, my experience with rushordertees.com left a bad taste in my mouth, and I doubt I will ever do business with them again. The company's name promises something that they didn't deliver, and the customer service was below par. In conclusion, I would advise people to look elsewhere for screen printing services that offer quality and timely delivery.

I recently made two purchases from RushOrderTees, one of which was quite a while ago and I had a good experience with the company then. The delivery was prompt but unfortunately, I found that the lettering on the front side of the shirt appeared smaller than I had hoped. Additionally, the ink quality wasn't as great as I expected as it began to peel and fade after approximately 3 months of use, which I found a bit disappointing. However, I went ahead and made a second order from them, this time with the assurance that my order will arrive by July 2nd, right on time for my company's Independence Day booth setup featuring the new custom-designed shirts. After waiting for about two weeks, my eagerly anticipated delivery was nowhere to be seen on the July 2nd due date and I was shocked to find out that the new delivery date, provided by the company, was pushed back to July 10th. This was a huge inconvenience for us, and we almost had to cancel our plans. I was so frustrated and even requested a refund, though I'm not sure if I'll get it back. It's disconcerting when a company's name is promising speed and efficiency with delivering orders, but they're unable to live up to that reputation.

With all that being said, I still had a decent experience with RushOrderTees, but I do think they need to work on their delivery dates and overall communication with their customers. After this, I'm not sure if I would purchase from them again, but it is hard to deny the quality of their shirts and their reasonable pricing. I hope the company will take my feedback into account and improve their services, so that they can truly live up to their name. In the meantime, I recommend doing your homework and perhaps looking into other more reputable businesses before committing to a purchase.

Our recent experience with Rush Order Tees has left us feeling rather underwhelmed with their services. While there were a few things that they got right, such as the ease of ordering process, speedy shipping, and prompt responsiveness, there were several areas where they could improve upon significantly.

Firstly, we were disappointed with the print quality of the shirts we received from Rush Order Tees. We had previously ordered from them in 2017, wherein the shirts turned out to be of an extremely poor quality, prompting us to voice our concerns. They did offer to send in a second batch of shirts which turned out slightly better, but still didn't meet our expectations. Similarly, in our most recent order, we found the print quality to be lacking.

Their customer service also leaves a lot to be desired. When we brought up our concerns and asked if we'd be able to get a refund, we were told that they don't issue refunds, and we could only get a reprint. This inflexibility was disappointing, given that we were unhappy with the product they delivered. It was also frustrating that when we tried to find out why we had to go through two attempts to create a single shirt, we were given a vague and unhelpful answer.

We believe that companies should take accountability for the products they produce, and Rush Order Tees could do better in this regard. We'd also like to see improvements in their quality assurance processes and refund policies. We know they have the capability to produce higher-quality shirts, and we hope they'll work towards that goal in the future. Until we see these improvements, however, we have to say that we won't be using their services again.
