Ruiz's Pool Plastering LLC did my pool in December . After filling it with water, I noticed some spots on the plaster. The representative from the pool and spa company said they would fix it, but nothing happened. I tried to contact them, but no luck. So, I called Ruiz's and they said they would come out to see what they could do. But they missed three appointments! Now, I'm going to the ComplaintsBoard.com to make them honor their warranty and fix the issue with my pool.
