Pools R Us put in a pool for us in 2020 with a propane heater. The pool was finished in November, but the heater wasn't done until March . When we turned it on, it started smoking and shut off after 30 minutes. Pools R Us said to call other people, but only one would help. They said the heater was made for something else and to ask Pools R Us to replace it with a propane one. Pools R Us said to retrofit it instead and pay us back some of the money. We want Pools R Us to replace the heater or pay for the retrofit since they put in the wrong thing. They've been easy to work with, but they should fix their mistake.
