RT relocation made a move halfway across the country very easy. The estimate was spot on and there were no surprises ! The movers on both ends of the trip were top notch. Communication was very easy with the office. We were very pleased with our experience!

From the quote, to the moving coordinator, to the 3 great guys who moved us, we could not ask for anything more. This truly was the only part of our move that was stress free. The moving crew was great, did everything to accommodate us they possibly could. Would highly recommend this company and use them again! Thank you!

This company is the very best in moving. They were very careful with our furniture, wrapped every little thing carefully and loaded the truck. When they delivered they unwrapped and put things just where I wanted and reassembled some furniture for me. The guys were on time, friendly, respectful and very efficient. I would use them again!

We just moved with RT movers and were very impressed with the whole operation from quote to sales and execution, everyone did an amazing job. Very professional company which is difficult to find these days. They took very good care of our belongings and even managed to move an oversized woodstove for me with ease. I would highly recommend Tom and his team!

I had a huge move, my family downsized from a large home to a smaller sized home ... RT Relocation helped us out tremendously ... they treated our belongings like it belonged to them, they always made a point of asking us questions about where certain furniture should go, and lastly we almost left some belongings behind and one of their workers brought it to our attention. Their attention to every detail was extremely impressive! Top notch no doubt about it!

Excellent service, extremely friendly professional staff. Moving staff took excellent care of our belongings. Items we packed and wrapped were inspected by RT staff, and repacked by them if necessary. For example, we wrapped an antique mirror in an oak frame, they re-wrapped it for extra security. Even things as simple as placement of the moving trucks, they were so careful not to run over anything next to the driveway. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with RT Relocation!

Extremely professional, trustworthy, competent individuals. Showed up on time. Completed the task beyond my expectations. I would recommend them highly without any hesitation. I had never met them before and I went on my instinct. I had a large move, with multiple moving parts. I moved my home and my office combining different pieces of each during the COVID pandemic; into the beast of the monster, from *** Rick was a master chief of operations on site. I think he may have a photographic memory seeming to recall exactly where everything was packed. They may have been slightly more expensive than other movers but exceeded their worth.

Company is awesome. From my first contact to moving day RT Movers made it stress free Julia who answered the phone was so pleasant and knew just who I needed to talk to. Jim in sales was fantastic. His patience and understanding my needs was top notch. Carolyn in the office explained everything in detai. Now let me tell you when moving day came I was a little anxious. There was no need to be. Ed,Mike and Nelson were phenomenal! They were like a fine tuned watch. Knew exactly what needed to be done and did it with ease and no stress for me. There was a second component to this move. They moved some antique furniture to my sons with other items. My son said they were great and finished in no time at all. Thank you RT Movers!

8/15: RT Relocation, LLC out of Cheshire, CT just moved my 96 yo mother from *** From my first telephone contact with Luke, to my coordination with Bree, our Customer Service Representative, to the day of the move - the experience was calm, well organized, respectful, neat, safe and delivered with more thought and care then we would have imagined. The 3 gentlemen who worked the move - did so on one of the hottest days of the Summer. They all were hard-working, packaged/wrapped everything perfectly- as though these were there own belongings. They didn't stop once. They were efficient, respectful, clean, quiet and worked seamlessly together. They are punctual, the time estimates were accurate, they moved large furniture from a large home with an open floor plan and enormous furniture to an older home with tight rooms, hallways and 3 floors. They called twice while enroute to keep us updated on arrival time. Keep in mind, this company asked for a deposit of only $100 to reserve the date. The charge for the move was more than reasonable. I'm a detail person and they nailed it. Do yourself a favor and just book with them!

This will be a mixed review. I obtained 3 estimates for our *** move. Two companies sent an estimator to the house. RT Relocators did not, due to Covid. Their estimate was thousands higher. I assumed that was because they had to rely on photos. I assumed their estimate would go down once they actually saw what was there. It did not. However, the speed with which they could arrange the move was most impressive. The other companies were booking 6 to 8 weeks out. RT Relocators talked to me one day, packed the next (I paid for packing; I did not pack myself.), loaded the day after, and delivered my belongings less than a week later. Everyone seemed very nice. I purchased $35,000 worth of full replacement value insurance, with a zero dollar deductible. And, this is where things went wrong. I was not given a bill of lading, even though I requested it. I filed a claim and sent photos within 10 days as required. I was essentially told it was my own fault a valuable porcelain figurine was damaged, as I said no to paying even more for a separate crate for the small item - when they knew its value and put it at the bottom of a very large box. I was also told to "be patient" regarding processing the insurance claim, and to refer to page 2 of the bill of lading which I again requested but did not receive. At least one box was lost, and several items were damaged. So, I feel I have no choice but to contest the portion of their charges that would cover my insurance claim, with my credit card company. Unfortunate, as they did impress me initially.

RT Relocation: 1. They lost my priceless antiques and valuables - gone without a trace. 2. They unpacked and repacked my belongings into different boxes, making it impossible for me to find anything. It will take me weeks to sort through everything. 3. They ignored my instructions to leave my expensive custom-framed artwork in its original boxes and instead took it apart piece by piece, leaving me with loose pieces, glass, and no hardware to hang them. Each piece is worth over $5000, and I will have to contact the company that made them to have them redone. 4. They charged me the same amount as my previous move, even though I had fewer belongings this time. They also charged me $1K for an extra truck, which was nowhere near the actual cost. 5. I have left multiple messages for them to call me back and have asked for weight records and claim forms, but they have not responded. Is this what they call exceptional service?
