Excelent comunication from driver as well as Sharon. Competative pricing and no snafus. Would definetly recomend this company. Moved from Halifax to Manitoba (yes they do all kinds of moves) and move all kinds of vehicles.

We hired Downhome Movers Ltd. to move our stuff from our Uhaul Storage unit in St. John's Newfoundland to our home in Calgary, Alberta. But when it got here and we started unpacking, we realized that one really important box was gone. This box had a lot of sentimental jewelry and other bedroom stuff in it. We reached out to the company to find out where the box was, and they said they didn't have it. All they had was a broom that belonged to us. Now they're not responding to us at all.

These guys are the best. They're pros through and through. My daughter had her stuff sent from Saskatoon to Newfoundland not long ago. Everything went just like the company said. They called 2 days before they picked up the stuff, showed up on time, and took care of everything. Same thing when they called 2 days before they arrived, and they were right on time. The drivers were nice and did their job real professionally. And the best part is, the price was really fair with no sneaky fees. I'd tell anyone to go with these guys.

So, let me tell you about Downhome Movers Ltd. They really helped me out and saved me a ton of money. They were super professional and delivered my stuff right on time, actually a little earlier than they said. I had them bring my motorcycle all the way from Goobies, Newfoundland to Milton Ontario. It was the easiest and smoothest process ever! I talked to Sherrin and she was really nice and professional. Plus, they gave me the best price for the job! Me and my hubby just moved from Halifax to Edmonton and we picked Downhome Movers. It was a huge move for us, especially with all this pandemic stuff going on! But guess what? Everything went smooth as butter, and we seriously can't say enough good things about the awesome service we got! They packed up all our stuff and unloaded it without a scratch. Downhome movers were amazin. I used them to move from brampton ontario to deetlake area in newfoundland. They were proffesional on the phone and email. Their prices were reasonable, but the most shockin part is the care they took by wrappin all of my furniture with blankets and transportin them without one scratch. When they arrived at my new house, they were friendly, efficient and very experienced. They had no trouble gettin anythin in the house, espicially my oversized awkward shaped couch!
