I'm very happy I chose Demenagement Lapensee Moving. The owner and his staff were all very friendly and efficient. The price was right and the service was excellent!

Great service, very friendly movers, and very meticulous in protecting your furniture. Et ils sont bilingue! I will be using their services in the future, and will be recommending to friends and family. Reasonable cost also...definitely worth the care and pride they put into the work.

One thing i like about their services is they always update you the status without me asking. For me, that speaks volume about their customer service. When installation came, they were on time and made sure everything was done accordingly. I highly recommend their services and products!

Excellent customer service. Each stage of the process had responsive and helpful staff taking care of all the details. Install was excellent and the end product is beautiful. Ecoline installed a massive patio door and added a window for us. Very satisfied with our experience with Ecoline.

Well it seemed like forever to wait for the installation of our windows but the wait was well worth the end results. We are very happy with the new windows from Ecoline and the installers from Demenagement Lapensee Moving did a great job. They were very professional and personable. When they were finished everything was cleaned up. The team at Demenagement Lapensee Moving did an excellent job.

They were so nice in the beginning.After sale service is Terrible, After 5 months of installation i never got my invoice. Without invoice i can not apply for BC Hydro and Fortis BC rebate. Their double rebate seems scam to me, coz without invoice its useless.After several phone calls, still didn't get my invoice.Need to be careful before ordering windows from Eco line Windows.

On September 30 i moved to a new residence in my community of Embrun. I had hired this company. It was the most easy move due to the fact that these gentlemen where so organized and made this move easy. They were respectful, hardworking and very pleasant. I would recommend them too anyone. The price was comparable to other movers but if i need them again which i hope not they will be the first I will call.

Very happy with the end product. Unlike other companies, which tried to over promise on delivery times, Ecoline was up front about how long it would take to custom make our windows (especially with Covid). They delivered everything on schedule, and kept us up to date on progress as it happened. The installation process was one afternoon for 6 days and the attention to detail was beyond my expectation. The windows look like they have been there all along! Would use them 10/10 if I had more windows to replace!

Recommended Lapensee Moving by numerous colleagues and they did not disappoint. Crew showed up early and were nothing but positive and willing to help us in any way possible during the move. I had a couple tricky pieces of delicate furniture that were partially disassembled and the crew worked hard to make sure that nothing was broken when it reached the destination. Electronics were not covered but this was made clear during the pre-move inspection done by the owner and therefore I made arrangements to move them myself. I also had them unload a POD storage container as well at the destination and including that they were still done ahead of schedule. Team was positive and upbeat the entire day despite very hot temperatures. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a move!

Demenagement Lapensee Moving is how best to describe about this company. Like every businesses they promise the moon to the customer only to secure a sale. The customer is holding their own bags when the sale is completed. In my case, I had ordered a new window treatment in my home in June this year.. During the installation, a defect was discovered in one window panel, a malfunctioned latch and a ripped bug screen that needed to be replaced. The installation crew was sloppy but worst yet, they had failed to report all the defects to its local office. I ended up going through loops and hoops to address all the issues. Guess what and I am still waiting the response for the repairs. The local office is passing the buck to the 'so called' head office. I was told the replacement parts has been shipped and it was a month ago. I have repeatedly called up its service people, it seemed the left has no clue to what the right is doing. It is almost 4 months now and I am still waiting for the repair service. In my opinion, there is simply no customer services and follow up from this company and its operation is chaotic to say the least...so buyers beware.

We hired Lapensée movers and I have to say that this moving company is AMAZING! We have moved a lot in the past, and this company is by far the best movers we ever hired! The owner came in to give us an estimate, he was very thorough on the amount it would cost us, the different method of payments available to us, the method they use (wrapping every item). He also said that they would be 4 movers on the day of the move and on the day of the move, there were absolutely no surprises from what he previously promised us and what they actually conducted the move! On top of the regular household move, we had a very special but extremely heavy piece of furniture that is an heirloom (pool table my father built in the 70's, and the top is in one piece)... I was quite worried that they would not want to move it because of the size and the weight of the item...but, the owner never hesitated and treated that piece of furniture with so much respect and like if it was his own heirloom! The team of movers were extremely polite, respectful of our furniture and very time efficient. I strongly recommend this moving company and will for sure use their services again if we move in the future!

Aug 2020 I live in Ottawa, we decide to get rid of old mouldy poorly insulated windows. Called 3-4 window companies of lower mainland but response from each company was not up to the mark and satisfactory. When I called Ecoline windows, appointment was fixed for next day and Serge from sales department came to give us presentation about the product. Salesman and presentation was very professional. Final sale. Windows were made on time as promised but the Covid restrictions were so tight, they couldnt install till Jan 2021. But office team was in touch with me from the day one and was updating every situation and guiding me to apply for rebates from Ontario Hydro and FortisBC and I qualified for Double rebate because windows are energy efficient certified. And finally long delay (Thanks to Covid:( ) came to end. Installation team showed up on time according to schedule. Installers were so professional and thorough with the content, very well organized team. Started on time and finished on time, was doing clean up every day before leaving. And the final cleanup after finishing the project was excellent. No damage done inside out. All the garbage and old windows were taken care , every single glass was cleaned inside out. Each window was properly seated and trims were put in place. Office team was calling me every day during installation to make sure everything is going smooth. Every one in the house felt big difference of heat loss within couple of hours, house was more cosy than ever. Furnace was taking long breaks, was not running like crazy as it was before. Overall best decision of my life to get the windows replaced by Ecoline Windows. Even though project is finished but the awesome team is still in touch with me.
