RV repair of the rear panel, and two slides. Elite RV Roof and Collision is the absolute best at customer service and satisfaction. From the very beginning, they were quick to respond and followup on every step of the process of the repair to my 5th wheel trailer. They worked with me on the schedule of repairs and completed the work on time. All work performed was done with a very high level of quality and workmanship. In addition they provide detailed information to and worked with my insurance to ensure coverage for all damage due to my accident. I highly recommend Elite for all your RV repair needs.

We decided to take our Tiffin Class A RV to Elite RV Roof and Collision after obtaining estimates from three RV repair shops. Our decision was based on our interactions with each RV repair shop. Elite was very professional and demonstrated they really wanted our business. Elite RV came out to our home to inspect our RV and provided a detailed competitive estimate. The interactions with Elite were always courteous and timely. Now that our RV repairs are complete, we can look back at the work performed, the cost of the repair, the accuracy of the estimate and the great personal service. Based on these factors, we would certainly take our RV back to Elite for any future repairs.

I recently used this company for collision repairs to my class A RV, and I can tell that I had done prior research in the rv repair industry within 100 miles radius from the DFW metroplex and after talking with most shops ,the people at Elite rv got the job due to their costumer service (in my case they went the extra mile to make sure I am happy )Jeff and Brandon are great people to do business with and they stand by their words.In today's world where everyone is busy and everything is on a wait list due to parts shortages and also labor shotage this guys made sure I get my unit back in a timely manner (I am a full timer)Top notch job and service.If you need repairs give them a call and they will not disappoint.
