Ordered Christmas cards from the cancer charity Penny Brohn online, 12/11/2025. Had already ordered and received a set of their cards 22/10/2025. Absolutely perfect service from Royal Mail.
I received a tracking notice for this set on 14/11/25, stating it had been collected from the depot in Clifton, Bristol. No word since!
Initially rang Penny Brohn shop, as your site suggested to ring the dispatcher. They were surprised that I had yet to receive the cards, as the parcel had been collected as per protocol. I reviewed the tracking, and even rang my local collection point, Martock Post Office. Nothing.
Attached are photos to evidence this trail of non delivery, versus the previous delivery on the 22/10/2025, which was faultless.
Thank you in advance for rectifying this in a timely manner, as this is the first, and hopefully the last time Royal Mail has disappointed me.
Desired outcome: Find my parcel and deliver it, or refund my £14.99
