I was sent 2 Xmas cards through the post delivered on different days, the 1st card was larger than the 2nd card but was delivered no problem. The following day i received a card through the door from Royal Mail saying i had a package that required me to pay £1.50 to acquire it. I went to the local sorting office to collect, i paid the extra £1.50 and was given a Xmas card that was considerably smaller than the one delivered the day before and there was 4cm either side of the card that was smaller than my letterbox? So can you explain why i was charged the extra, please see the photo below
