I installed a brand new ac/ heat system March 2023. That same week they had to come out and work on it problem resolved. Now 6 months later the u to began to freeze again mind you I keep it at 77. A technician Jesus came out added Freon and said it was freezing because of my cats. Which I’ve had for 6 years or so. He left ac at 74 and working. A day later again woke up in middle of night due to being hot in my home. The u it was frozen again and had to turn it off. In morning again they stated they would send someone out it took 2 days. That time they installed a new vent and cutting my door so that vent could fit. They added tape all over the inside unit. A day later again woke up to house being hot. The tech Omar they sent never showed. Sat 9/22/23 he was suppose to come again no later than 9pm. No show. Today is Monday 09/25/23 as I have called all day needing. To speak to owner or manager told they could be out Thursday. As I explained to the lady this issues needed to be resolved asap. I care for my elderly father and I have 2 children with special needs one of them having multiple sclerosis and the heat makes her illness worse. I called my finance company and informed them I wasn’t getting anywhere with the techs that were being sent out. I need a full replacement of a unit that will work I’m just getting the run around with them. At this point I don’t know where else to turn to.

Desired outcome: New working system or full refund or replacement with someone that knows what they are doing
