Round Table Pizza review: Customer service

I will definitely tell all my family, friends & coworkers not to dine/order from ANY Round Table Pizza Parlors. How many others shrug off the value of customer service. This location needs to have full staff, including managers take customer bias training!
On October 7, 2021 @ 8:20 PM, I placed a pizza & wings order for take out @ Round Table Pizza located at 4949 Marconi Ave. Carmichael, CA 95608. I was told order would be ready for pick up in 20-25 min.
I arrived 20 min after placing order. Associate brought pizza out but not wings. When I questioned where is the chicken, I was told, oh give me that pizza back & I'll check on chicken.
I thought he was going to place my pizza under warmer...was not the case. Pizza was placed on counter. When associate came back with status update of chicken, my husband stated, so now we're going to have hot chicken but cold pizza.
Pizza was then, snatched from counter, taken out of box & placed in pan & back in oven. Then, chicken was done but pizza was still being reheated.
At any rate, both items were cold when we sat down to eat & upon calling pizza parlor received no answer.
Spoke to Ian, manager following day, no help. Actually tried to justify employees actions. I refuse to be spoken to or treated like I'm something on the bottom of someone's shoes!
