In **** I hired RoofRx to work on my roof
In *** I hired RoofRx to work on my roof. They did a good job. I have additional work that needs to be done. I have tried contacting them by telephone. The voice on the phone says to give your email address. I have done everything they have asked. They will not answer their phone or my email. You can not leave a message on their voice mail. I want them to respond to my email or call me. I am very surprised at how poor the customer service is. Thank you.

11/7: I signed up with RoofRx Inc for a roof check-up on 12/8.12/5: The appointment got moved to 12/11.12/20 2:15pm: I got an email invoice from RoofRx Inc for $585.00 on 12/20.12/20 4:00 pm: I emailed them back asking for a summary of the work done because it wasn't on the invoice. RoofRx Inc said they would send me "after" pictures of the work their technician did. But I didn't get any response.2/1: I got a text from *** at RoofRx Inc saying they were re-uploading the final pictures and would send them to me soon.2/7: After not hearing anything from RoofRx Inc since the text on 2/1, I wrote to RoofRx Inc explaining the situation. I mentioned that the "Progress/After Pictures" links in the original invoice email showed cartoon-like illustrations instead of actual pictures. I said I would pay once I could see the work done. I also suggested speaking with the technician or having them come to my house to show me the work. But I didn't get any response.12/15: *** called me to settle the invoice. He sent the same invoice again and said he would email me separate photos of the completed work.12/16: I emailed *** telling him I hadn't received the separate email. But I didn't get any reply.4/19: *** emailed me the same invoice with a threat to put a lien on my house. I replied and included RoofRx Inc customer care, asking them to review the situation and call me to discuss. But I haven't heard anything back.
