Skyta Construction and Roofing

I used Skyta for my roofing and solar installations last year. Everything was working well for a little while, but in December , our inside lights started blinking day and night, and our dryer stopped moving after 5 seconds. They diagnosed the solar system and said there was nothing wrong, but they said our dryer had a problem because it was old. I bought a new dryer, but it had the same problem. They gave us the wrong diagnosis, and I threw away a working dryer and bought a new one. We asked them to reimburse the cost of the dryer, but they declined. I requested that they reimburse the cost of my dryer. Please see the email copy I sent to Skyta on December 2022. On 12/8 (Wed), I reported to *** that there were banging sounds and blinking lights several times. The power was out for 2-3 seconds often. I asked him to send someone to check. On 12/9 (Thu), I asked *** if he had checked or not. He said that everyone was busy due to flooding everywhere. The power kept going out very often, and the dryer had a problem too. It worked for 5 seconds and then stopped. The system inverter had a red light and was blinking. I sent a video to him to show what was happening. On 12/10 (Fri), I texted *** to send someone to check by the end of the day, but I was out for work all day. *** came and checked, and the report said that the dryer itself had a problem. I stopped using the dryer and looked for a new one. From 12/11, I went to many places to check for a dryer, but it was hard to find one that could be delivered soon. I went to *** Best Buy and Lowe's, and I also checked online. I spent all 2 days, and finally found a refurbished one at ***, and they delivered it on 12/16. The cost was ***, including delivery, installation, and removal of the old one. The power was still going out very often from 12/13. On 12/16 (Thu), the new dryer arrived, and the installer tested it. The same problem happened, where it would run for 5 seconds and then stop. The installer said it was an electrical problem, and they had checked the dryer before leaving the warehouse, and it was working well.
