Good Afternoon I visited your franchise at Sanridge Square Midrand today and I ordered a small Margherita pizza as well as a medium three cheese and a medium vegetarian and I was told by your staff member that I can not order individual pizzas as they come in pairs. I said it was fine and placed my order at 14h55. My order number was 87. We sat and waited for our pizzas and only after enquiring as to why the delay we were told that they had burnt our pizzas and were making a new batch which we only received at 15h35. When I enquired as to why only 3 individual pizzas and not the pairs as I was told the employee told me that that is what I ordered. When I looked at my slip I was charged for the double pizzas and also there was a credit on my slip. The service was pathetic and I was not happy with being promised certain quantity of meals and then being told otherwise and also the fact that my pizzas were burnt initially and only after I enquired then we get told what the issue was.
