Ebbets Field Flannels messed up my order a few weeks back. I've emailed them four times but haven't heard back yet. Their phone numbers don't seem to be working either. All I want is the right thing I ordered. I won't be buying from them again.

Don't buy no t-shirts from this company. Sometimes they're good, sometimes they're bad, depends on where they got the stuff from. Most of the time it's bad and it shrinks and gets all messed up after one wash. They don't do nothing to fix it. It's way too expensive for such a crappy product.

Bought somethin' for my hubby for Christmas from Ebbets Field Flannels, Inc. He didn't dig it. Tried to give it back but they said it was too late and I was stuck with it.

Got myself a *** from Ebbets Field Flannels for over $300 on May 30, 2022. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to ship, but it's already the first week of August and still nothing. I've been reaching out to their customer service team a lot, but they don't know if the jersey was even made or sent out. Honestly, this is one of the crappiest buying experiences I've ever had.

I got my man a jersey from Ebbets Field Flannels for his bday (it's this Sat, Oct. 14) and I ain't got it yet. I tried to hit them up by email and phone (but the phone just keeps saying "email us" and "mailbox full"). They said it would take 6-8 weeks to get here, so I know it's almost 8 weeks, but they ain't answering my emails. I just wanna know what's up with my order. I'm starting to think they're fake and I got ripped off.

Got myself an *** jacket from Ebbets Field Flannels, Inc. as a present. But it didn't fit me well, so I asked for a return. I sent it back through *** and they told me it's "in transit." I waited for a month and sent 5 emails to check on the status, but no one replied. I reached out to *** and they said the seller should file a missing package claim, and I can't do anything about it. I tried emailing customer service again, but still no response.

I got a jersey from Ebbets Field. I used their size chart but when it came, it was way too big. I sent it back with their free shipping label. I sent it back on September 28, but it ain't been delivered yet. Ebbets Field needs to set up a new delivery with *** but they ain't done it yet. I asked for my money back but they said they gotta wait until they get the item back. But it's their fault it ain't been delivered. I want all my money back.

I got me a dope *** Brooklyn home jersey from Ebbets Field Flannels (*** yo) on Friday, September 30, 2022 (Order #***). They charged me $227.91, but that's cool cuz it's a sick jersey. They said it would come in 3-6 biz days with *** SurePost. But it didn't come on time, so I hit up their customer service email twice and got no response. I tried calling, but their number was disconnected. The other number asked me to leave a message, but the mailbox was full. I need my cash back, yo.

I got two hoodies from ebbets on Nov 22. But I never got them. I talked to customer service a few times and they told me to open an investigation with ***. I did what they said but then *** said they need info from the seller. But ebbets hasn't replied to my last 4 emails. They don't have a phone number on their website. And the one from ComplaintsBoard.com just rings busy. It seems like they just want to keep my money and not give me new hoodies or the info for ***.

I bought a hoodie from Ebbets Field Flannels, Inc. on 12/11. They sent me an email on 12/12 saying my order was shipped and gave me a tracking number. When I clicked on it, it said "Currently Awaiting Package" and that there was no status update available. I tried emailing the company multiple times to get a refund or another hoodie sent, but I haven't received anything. They stopped responding to my emails and don't have a phone number to call. My order number is ORDER #***.

I order a big ol' jersey in size Large from Ebbets Field Flannels on August 3, 2022. I paid a pretty penny of $195.54 on their website. I sent an email on September 5, 2022 to check on my order status. Some dude named *** replied and said it could take up to 8 weeks before it ships out. I sent another email on October 10, 2022 to check on it again, but didn't get a response. I sent a third email on October 17, 2022 and still haven't heard back as of October 21, 2022. I sent all my emails to some email address that's too long to type out. It's been over 11 weeks now, almost 12, and I still don't have my jersey. I need it by November 1, 2022 for a birthday gift, but no one has bothered to reply to my emails. It's past the 6 to 8 weeks they said it would take and I can't get in touch with them any other way. This company seems shady as heck. I just wanted to support an online business and surprise my boo, but now I'm super disappointed. Can someone help me get my money back or get what I paid for? I'm at a loss here. Thanks.

I luv EFF. I wanna stress that. Got a bunch of their hats, too. Luv em all. Told erryone I know bout this brand. I believe in supporting small biz, espesh ones that make stuff locally. But dis is wrong. I ordered a flannel on June 13th. There's a note on their site lettin customers know the 4-6 week turnaround time for jerseys has been extended to 6-8. Cool, no prob. It's now the 11th week. I get there are shipping delays, and I get the shortages are bad right now. But I wasn't even notified that it would take even longer, and had to follow up. Dat right there is wrong; there should be a system in place dat allows EFF staff to check on order statuses and make sure it's all running smoothly. And if there's gonna be a delay, the customer should be notified, even if it's with a templated email. And if there is a system in place, it has to be better. Contacted customer service. *** responded two whole days later and said they'd look into it. It's not uncommon for EFF customer service to take days to respond, and when they did, I was basically told they don't know what happened, that they'd look into it, and that they'd get back to me. Two more biz days have passed. Now I don't even know if the jersey was made or not. Asked for a refund yesterday. I really wanted dat flannel. I was stoked. No response. ***, the owner, should know bout all dis, espesh since it seems I'm not the only one dis has happened to. Dis is the sorta thing dat breaks your heart cuz you wanna support biz like dese. But dis is wrong. Hopin dis gets resolved.

I got a wool hat from Ebbets Field Flannels and was super stoked. They sent me an email with tracking info, but when I checked, it said it was delivered when I was home and it wasn't. I waited a couple days to see if it would show up, but it didn't. I emailed their customer service, but they didn't respond for 4 days and then just told me to check with someone else. Turns out, the package was allegedly handed off to the postal service, but they have no record of it. I've emailed Ebbets every other day for 2 weeks and they haven't responded at all. It's pretty messed up that a company that ships stuff doesn't have good customer service for shipping issues. They don't seem like they're trying to scam people, but they don't care about their customers at all. It's pretty bad and needs to be reported.

I wanna talk about Ebbets Field Flannels, Inc. and their rewards program. You get points when you buy stuff and those points can be used to buy more Ebbets stuff. I had at least $70 worth of points saved up and was planning on using them for something big. But then I couldn't log into my account and Ebbets didn't answer my message. Later on, I saw a tweet from someone else who lost all their points because Ebbets stopped the rewards program. I had no idea they did that! So I emailed someone at Ebbets and they gave me a $50 gift card, but that's not the full value of my points. They won't give me anything else and didn't even give a good reason why. I never got any notice about the program ending and that's not cool. It feels like they took my stuff without asking. Can someone help me get my full points value back?

I got an Ebbets Field Flannels *** jacket when it first came out. They say it's just like the original and it really is. The little things like the cool *** the pockets were just like the real one. They even put the year and team name on the inside of the jacket which was a nice touch. I lost some weight and got a smaller size of the same jacket. I thought it would be just as good as the first one but it wasn't. The new jacket didn't have the vintage pocket stitching or the embroidery inside. I emailed customer service but they didn't say why it was different. They just said to send it back for a refund which doesn't help. I asked on *** and they said they changed it because it looked better. The embroidery was something they added but the pocket stitching was on the original. The website picture shows the jacket with the stitching. Now it's not really an exact replica anymore. They're charging $595 for a jacket that's not as good as the first one. They don't care and just want to give refunds. I want a new jacket that's just as good as the first one.

I bought stuff from Ebbets Field Flannels in April. They said it would take 6 weeks to get my order ready, but I didn't know that before I ordered. They said they had to make it special for me, so I said okay. But it took longer than 6 weeks, so I called and emailed them. They didn't answer my phone call, but they emailed me back after 5 days. They only sent me 1 hat out of 2, and then they said the rest was still being made. After 8 weeks, they sent me some of my order, but it was the wrong size. I emailed them again and they said to ask for a refund online. They said it would take another 6 weeks to get my refund. I asked them to make sure the size was right for my last order, but they sent me the wrong size again. I just want my money back now. They never sent me my other hat or the right numbers for my flannels.

I purchased a jersey through Ebbets and was told that it would ***-8 weeks to arrive. I'm not at 10 weeks with no indication that my jersey will be made. I have emailed the company multiple times in an attempt to find where my jersey is but the only communication I have received was that the jersey was not done yet and that I would receive a response the next business day. Four business days later there is silence from Ebbets. I simply want my flannel and if I can't get that I want a full refund.
