Rockford Siding & Windows - The screens still don't lay flat in the windows
The screens still don't lay flat in the windows. I've been after them since August last year to fix them, but they said there's nothing more they can do. They came out once in October to work on them, but it was to no avail. Just about 2 weeks ago, they came out again and said they could only find one bent screen and a latch that needs to be replaced. They seemed to think the rest was okay. I really need these windows either properly fixed or replaced.
