While on family vacation I went early morning for excursions including waterfalls & jetski riding so I purposely left my phone on its charger in the room so it wouldnt get wet. I had on swimwear & no place to carry it. When I returned to my room the charger was still there, unplugged from the wall but no phone. Security was notified & they searched my personal luggage, my companions personal luggage, under the beds, inside the refrigerator & microwave for the phone. We were asked to call it in which we did, no ringing. When asked if video surveillance would catch whomever was even in the hallway or had a room key security became dismissive. Next day I was informed they questioned the staff on shift that werent even there about the phone, no mention of what their room key log stated either.
