Great experience. The loan officer and his team were transparent, honest and professional. As a first time home owner I felt supported throughout the entire process. The loan officer was upfront and honest about all my finances and was there every step of the way. I felt like I was the only client they had and I really appreciate all the work that went into making sure I had a clear to close. The team was extremely helpful, attentive and professional. This was our first time buying a home and it turned out to be a for sale by owner and to us, an investment property, so we had many questions! We received extremely professional and helpful service during the entire process. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner and the team at Right Key Mortgage went above and beyond in absolutely everything while Thaiz made sure we had all the documentations needed for a smooth closing. After reading a couple of outstanding reviews by customers on ComplaintsBoard.com, I decided to give Right Key Mortgage a call to see how they are different from the others. My first call answered by John Smith, on a non-working day, started the excellent experience I had with them. The whole process from pre-qualification, approval, up to final closing was done so perfectly 100% remotely! The team of Sarah Johnson and others were so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They went the extra mile to ensure the process was seamless. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent service and support in making my home ownership dream come true.

She answered all our questions and never made us feel like an inconvenience. She was responsive, professional, and most importantly kind. She treated us as if we were her only clients. John and Sarah were awesome to work with. They answered text messages, emails, and phone calls within a very reasonable amount of time and were very patient with all my questions and needs. I worked with Talita Santos twice- first when I opened a mortgage and second time when I refinanced. Both times Talita and her team ( Diego is one of the agents ) helped me. They did an incredible job both times and I'd like to share a story about how Talita makes it work even when it's impossible. When I purchased my house first time I was working with one of the local banks. The agent at the bank took so long to pre approve me for the mortgage that I had to extend my time for pre approval. Even after that the agent didn't approve me and I almost lost the deal on the house. Talita found the bank that approved me literally in 24 hours before my last deadline expired. Not only she found the bank, she also found a good interest rate and made it work so professionally. When I refinanced my house a month ago I worked with a few people at the same time and Talita found the best interest rates. I confidently can say that Talita is one of the best in MA to work with. She is very professional, great at her job and what is most important, she cares about each of her customers as if it is her own purchase.
