I am a realtor and have used them 4 times in the past 2 weeks. They are amazing and very very professional. The inspector Brian was thorough and did a great job. From booking it through inspection the written report, it was all top quality. I highly recommend them and will refer to them anytime.

HomeTeam Inspection Services were phenomenal! They were very thorough in checking everything necessary. They were very patient and informative with all our questions. My husband and I are very happy with the results of their services. If there were 10 stars instead of 5 we would select them all.

Home Team does a lot of inspections for my real estate clients. They're always early and they send a team out to get the inspections done faster than one person could do it alone. They always explain to the home buyers all the positives or negatives they find in great detail and answer any questions that come up.

The home inspector who performed our inspection was very thorough, he explained everything that was going to be checked, he wore his mask & took off his shoes. All of the HomeTeam staff arrived early as advertised and were professional and thorough while they conducted the inspection. They explained everything they found and made us feel comfortable with how they conducted the inspections. Delivered the final report the next day and it was detailed and easily understood. Provided superior level of customer service, honesty and professionality. Inspectors were friendly, knowledgeable and very competent. The owner of the company provided "personal touch" service to us (coming from California), making himself available even on the weekends for questions and solutions. This is the second home I have had inspected by The HomeTeam. The inspectors are courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They take the time to explain things in easily understood terms. They respect the knowledge I have about previous home repairs I have undertaken. Each trade sends an inspector and they divide and conquer! I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Home Team Inspection was extremely responsive, courteous, and professional in all respects. Quick turnaround on the report and I now have a new policy with a minimum amount of worry and effort.

The inspectors from Ackerman Family Enterprises were there when we arrived. They were busy right away, and each one had a different job. One by one they came to talk to me about what they were doing. They explained everything, and were very knowledgeable. I would use Ackerman Family Enterprises again if I were to buy again. My realtor referred me to Ackerman Family Enterprises, and she is the best realtor I have ever had. All in all, Ackerman Family Enterprises was very business-like and certainly knew their business. I gave Ackerman Family Enterprises a 5-star rating.

Buying my new house without seeing it in person is a daunting task. The whole inspection process was easy and efficient. I received an email with a link for payment, to verify my appointment, once my inspection was complete and another when my report was ready. I was dependent on my inspection report to point out all the issues with the property and it did not fall short. My report was precise, clear and easy to read. Excellent company to do business with! .

Mike and Chip did the inspection on my aunt's house. They showed up early, and were very pleasant. They detailed everything they were going to look at, then explained each item as they looked at or tested it. Even if something wasn't broken or wrong, they offered suggestions about ways to make improvements as well as noting items to keep an eye on. I don't plan on moving anytime soon, so probably won't need their services again (at least not in the foreseeable future) but would not hesitate to recommend them.

Extremely professional inspectors! As a Realtor that has worked with many inspection companies, from 1 man operations to the largest companies in the Tampa area, I can say HomeTeam ran by Jeff and Margo is the most well organized and professional. Their inspection report is also the most intuitive and easiest to navigate. Margo, one of the owners, even stopped by the property during the inspection and brought me home made cookies - best cookies and service I have ever had. Will be suggesting all my clients and colleague's clients use them for inspections.

I highly recommend the HomeTeam for your pre-purchase home inspection. I've had inspections done by other firms and I really liked the HomeTeam's approach. Instead of one inspector who spends hours there, they had a team of people looking at different systems at the same time. They kept me informed before, during, and after the inspection. I am buying an as-is property and it was very important to hear whether there were major issues that I missed in my own walk throughs and they did a great job of helping me understand what I was getting into.
