ribena fruit shoot style bottle
Hi I am writing to complain about the new fruitshoot style ribena bottles.My kids love them and get 1 everyday for there packed lunches but the problem is that they can't get them open.I have to try and twist the cap off every morning with a struggle to make it easier for them to open the attachment lunch, even the pop button is very difficult to open, not good for young kids.

Bought a ribena blackcurrant 500ml as it was on offer, buy any ribena 500ml get a Ribena mango & lime free.
I could not find the free Ribena on the food shelf, when I went to the check out to pay, I inquired about the free bottle. The gentleman behind the till went to check the shelf and said they did not have any left. I asked if he could substitute for another flavor to which he replied "No".
i can not understand why Boots would put offer tabs on and not have enough supply to meet demand.
please arrange compensation or vouchers.
Can you please tell me why I cant get Ribena Sparkling in either large or small bottltes

I got these for my kids the other day and I have to say the opening is really difficult. As an adult I couldn't open it. You need all the strength in the world and when I did after a lot of twisting the pop button deflated and stayed in. One of my child tried to have a drink and put the lid back on and it squeezed his thumb skin!
Very poorly designed, won't be buying anymore of these ribena if it's still the same designed bottles.
