Rhino Camera NL Rhino Camera NL Review: Good Product, Disappointing Delivery Times

I ordered from Rhino Camera NL on the 3rd of December, thinking that I would receive my product within 3-5 business days, as stated on their website. However, I was sorely disappointed when I went on vacation on the 12th of December and still had not received my order. It was not until the 15th of December that my neighbor informed me that the order had finally been delivered.

I was quite upset with Rhino Camera NL for giving me false information about the delivery times on their website. It is important for companies to be transparent and honest about their delivery times, as it can greatly affect the customer's experience.

Despite this setback, I must say that the product itself was of good quality and I am satisfied with my purchase. However, I do hope that Rhino Camera NL takes steps to improve their delivery times and communication with customers in the future.

Overall, I would recommend Rhino Camera NL for their products, but with the caveat that customers should not rely too heavily on their stated delivery times.

Rhino Camera NL Rhino Camera NL Review: Great Deals, But Prepare for a Wait

I gotta say, Rhino Camera NL is a pretty decent site to cop some camera gear from. But lemme tell ya, the wait time can be a real doozy. Like, I ordered a Canon lens back in November of 2021 and didn't get it until February of 2022. That's a whole three months, folks. But hey, the price was right and I saved some serious cash compared to the RRP.

Now, I ain't gonna lie, I was a bit worried about the whole thing. I mean, I'd never used Rhino Camera NL before and the wait time had me feeling some type of way. But in the end, the lens arrived in tip-top shape. No scratches, no dents, nothin'. It was A1 condition, just like they promised.

So, if you're willing to wait a bit for a good deal, Rhino Camera NL might just be the spot for you. Just be prepared for a longer wait time than you might be used to.

Rhino Camera NL Disappointing Delivery and Packaging from Rhino Camera NL: A Review

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Rhino Camera NL. I mean, don't get me wrong, the camera itself is great and the price was definitely right, but the delivery was an absolute nightmare. I had to wait for over a week and a half just to get my hands on it, which is just ridiculous if you ask me.

And to make matters worse, the packaging was a total mess. I mean, come on guys, if you're going to ship something as delicate as a camera, at least put some effort into making sure it arrives in one piece.

But the real kicker was when I opened up the box and saw that they had sent me a black Nikon D3300 instead of the grey one I had ordered. I mean, seriously? How hard is it to get the color right?

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that Rhino Camera NL is a total bust. Like I said, the camera itself is great and the price was definitely right. But they really need to work on their communication skills. For example, they should have been more upfront about the fact that the battery they included with the camera is not an original Nikon battery, but rather a cheaper replacement with different voltage and current specifications. I mean, I'm not going to use it now, so it's basically just a waste of money.

All in all, I'd say that Rhino Camera NL has some work to do if they want to keep customers coming back. But if they can get their act together and start communicating more clearly with their customers, I think they could really be onto something.

Rhino Camera NL Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Rhinocamera.nl

I recently made a purchase from Rhinocamera.nl for a full frame camera objective. Unfortunately, when I received the product, I realized that it was a DX objective, which was not mentioned in the title or specifications. I was quite disappointed with this, so I decided to contact Rhinocamera to see what could be done.

However, I was not very happy with the feedback that I received from the customer service team. They told me that I could send the objective back using the 14-day cooldown period, but I was hoping for a more understanding response. Despite this, I decided to purchase three other objectives from Rhinocamera since I had recently switched from Canon to Nikon and needed to buy a complete photo outfit, including macro, portrait, and landscape objectives.

Now, I am waiting for Rhinocamera to pay me back for the objective that I returned. Overall, I think that Rhinocamera could improve their customer service and be more understanding of their customers' needs. However, I am still willing to give them another chance and hope that my next purchase will be a better experience.

Rhino Camera NL Rhino Camera NL Review: Easy Website Navigation but Disappointing Customer Service

I recently visited Rhino Camera NL's website and found it easy to navigate. However, when I tried to contact them by phone, I was unable to reach anyone and the call was disconnected twice after a recorded message. Although the website indicated that the item I was interested in was out of stock, I was able to confirm with a chat representative that it was actually available. I decided to wait and see.

In my opinion, it is important for a company to have a phone line available for customers to ask questions. It is disappointing that Rhino Camera NL does not offer this option. As a result, I had to wait a long time before I could use my camera because the charger that came with it was not compatible with European outlets.

Rhino Camera NL Disappointing Experience with Rhino Camera NL: Messed Up Box, No Track&Trace, Non-European Camera

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Rhino Camera NL. I ordered a Nikon camera from them and was really excited to get my hands on it. But when it arrived, the original box was all messed up and looked like it had been through the ringer. Not a great first impression, ya know?

To make matters worse, I never got a track&trace code so I had no idea when the camera was actually going to arrive. I tried contacting Rhino Camera NL a few times to get some info, but they never really gave me a clear answer. It was pretty frustrating.

When the camera finally did arrive, I was pretty bummed to find out that it wasn't actually a European camera. That means it's gonna be a lot harder to get the full warranty and stuff. Plus, the manual that came with it was just a copied English version. Not super helpful.

Oh, and to top it all off, I found out that because it's not a European camera, I can't even use it for Nikon's flashback offer. Ugh.

Honestly, I wish Rhino Camera NL had been more upfront about all this stuff. It would've saved me a lot of hassle and disappointment.

Rhino Camera NL Disappointing Experience Shopping on Rhinocamera.nl: Poor Website Functionality, Lacking Product Descriptions, and Subpar Customer Service

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience shopping on Rhinocamera.nl. First off, I tried to browse the site using Google Chrome (which is my go-to browser, ya know?) and it just wouldn't work. Like, I couldn't even get the dang thing to load properly. And then, when I finally switched over to a different browser, I found that the product descriptions were seriously lacking. Like, come on guys, give me something to work with here!

But the real kicker was when I paid extra for express delivery and my package still took over a week to arrive. Like, what's the point of offering express delivery if you can't even deliver on time? And when I reached out to customer service about it, they suggested reimbursing me for the express delivery fee. Like, thanks for nothing, guys.

And don't even get me started on the customer service. The online chat reps couldn't even speak Dutch correctly, and their English wasn't much better. And when I tried calling in, I couldn't even get through to someone who spoke Dutch. And when I finally did get someone on the line, they basically just told me that everything was my fault. Like, way to be customer-minded, guys.

All in all, I don't think I'll be shopping on Rhinocamera.nl again anytime soon. It's just not worth the hassle, ya know?

Rhino Camera NL Rhino Camera NL Website Review: Room for Improvement and Trust Issues

So, I gotta say, Rhino Camera NL's website is a bit wonky on my iPad mini. I couldn't access some of the content, which is a bummer. And honestly, the whole site doesn't really give off a trustworthy vibe. Maybe it's because of the Dutch language being used in a not-so-great way.

I'm actually in the market for a new camera body, but I'm hesitant to make a purchase from Rhino Camera. For now, I just ordered a "cheap" lens, which I'll be paying for when it arrives at my doorstep. Unfortunately, I can't do that for higher amounts.

It would be great if Rhino Camera offered the option to pay with PayPal. That might make it easier for me to take the plunge and buy a more expensive item.

But, you know what? If my order arrives and future ones do too, I'll definitely recommend Rhino Camera to others. This is just my first experience with them, and based on the feedback they've received, I think there's a lot of room for improvement. ;-)

Rhino Camera NL Mixed Experience with Rhinocamera.nl: Affordable Prices, But Room for Improvement in Customer Service and Attention to Detail

So, I recently ordered a lens from Rhinocamera.nl and unfortunately, it wasn't in stock. I had to exchange a few emails and chat with them before they offered to send me a different lens, which was 20 euros more expensive, for free. That was a nice gesture, but I have to say, it took a while for them to get back to me. I think they could have been quicker in their response time. It was a missed opportunity for them.

The lens they sent me instead was a different size than the one I originally ordered. The UV-filter and Polarisation-filter that came with the first lens were both 72-mm, but the new lens was 56mm. This means that the filters are now useless to me. I think Rhinocamera should have noticed this and offered to send me filters that fit the new lens.

Despite these issues, I still think Rhinocamera is a good option for people looking for affordable camera equipment. They operate from the UK, which can make transportation and communication a bit difficult for some people, but their prices are great! Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but I do think they could improve their customer service and attention to detail.

Rhino Camera NL Unprofessional and Unethical: My Disappointing Experience with Rhino Camera NL

I recently purchased a Nikon Z6II from Rhino Camera NL on December 2nd, 2021. The website stated that the camera would be delivered within 5 days, but unfortunately, I had to wait for 6 long weeks. Every time I inquired about the delivery status, I was told that it would be delivered the following week. This was quite frustrating and disappointing, to say the least.

After waiting for 5 weeks, I decided to leave a negative review on their website. However, to my surprise, Rhino Camera NL responded by saying that they would not help me with the delivery unless I deleted the review. This was quite unprofessional and unethical behavior from a company that I trusted with my hard-earned money.

Despite sending numerous emails, I did not receive any response from Rhino Camera NL. Eventually, after 6 weeks of waiting, I decided to ask for a refund. Thankfully, I received my money back, but the entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth. As a customer, I will never buy anything from them again.

Rhino Camera NL did not provide any information about the delivery status or a tracking code. Furthermore, they use the same website frame for every country, which makes it difficult to reach them. I am not even sure if their address is real. Therefore, I would advise anyone thinking of buying something from them to think twice before doing so.

Overall, my shopping experience with Rhino Camera NL was the worst I have ever had. I have attached some screenshots to this review to help you make an informed decision.
