Clorox Cleaner with bleach
Hello, I have used your products for years. But since you changed your spray bottles to the new short straw version, I can never use all the product in the bottle the way I used to. My latest bottle stopped spraying with about 75% of the product still in the bottle. I tried to switch the sprayer with my Clorox non bleach spray head but it still won't work. It is also impossible to use the bottles once you remove the spray head and I end up throwing away so much product. Your cleaner has become very expensive now and I can no longer afford to move on to another bottle and waste the old stuff. I am asking for a refund or replacement coupon for the two bottles of product I currently have and can no longer use.
Desired outcome: Refund or coupons for two full size bottles of Clorox spray cleaner. I don't see how you will send me any resolution since there is no option for my name address or even email address!
Nozzles defective on toilet bowl cleaner with bleach
I'm guessing from other posters that you've re-designed the cap on the toilet bowl cleaner with bleach product. I've used it before and never had this problem. I buy at Costco and will buy either Clorox or Lysol (which ever is cheapest at the time) though I like Clorox better. This last box (6 or 8 count) has been completely defective!
